I'd seen this lady previously because I'm always in the plaza shopping at Rite Aid, Publix or getting my nails done so this location is extremely convenient. I was able to use their bathroom before my foot massage! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this was - since I'm so against public bathrooms, I was so delighted! Once I came out, there was this warm concotion ready for my piggies! I was able to soak my feet for a few minutes before I was greeted by the woman I spoke to originally. She dried my feet off and got to rubbing! This was the most needed 30 minutes ever! She got to each foot then each toe and up my legs and I closed my eyes and almost fell asleep. Venturing out to try someone new had me worried, but Heather is in a professional chiropractic business and is a true professional herself. She asked me smart questions to make sure I felt like I got the most out of my massages and reminded me to let her know next time how things have worked out or not worked out after the massage. I can feel a big difference like I'm carrying less stress on my shoulders and my calves aren't rocks anymore. Her technique cant be replicated. she really spends her time getting into every muscle group. Her timing is perfect. The way she follows the bone and pushes towards/away the bone on the muscle. I've always opted for 90 minute couple's massage and my wife and me have left the place feeling like we are new humans - with less muscle tension and greater range of motion. I prefer a deep tissue massage and Trisha is able to understand my problem areas, and apply just the right amount of pressure to loosen those muscles. My wife prefers more of a Swedish massage, and she's told me that she has been very happy with her treatments.
