In July 2020 we purchased a duplex in Hobe sound. One of the first things that we did was look for a company that could sell, install and service a whole house water system. After doing our research we met with three companies. We decided to use Knott's Water Service. We are so happy that we made that decision. We have always had City Water..."want water turn on the tap". This was a little different...this was our first time on a Well and I wanted to make sure that I didn't mess it up. David said to call with questions (everyone says that) but David means it. We have called him three or four times and each time he has called back very quickly. Two of the times it was simple so he walked me through it on the phone. The other two times could not be done on the phone so he came over and fixed the problem, (they weren't a big deal I just don't have the skill) and David wanted to make sure everything was working properly. The water pressure in my house was low. I noticed my well was sucking up sand. It was the weekend and I started to worry I would be without water until Monday. I called Knott's as they seemed to be the only one open on Saturday. David said he would be out in a few hours. He came out, saved me several thousand dollars from having to drill a new well. He repaired my old well. Adjusted my pump and pressure tank to give me more pressure than I ever had before. I was so pleased with his work. He is very knowledgeable, and more importantly he is honest and he tells it like it is. I have used Knott's Water Service many times in the past and have given them great reviews. Today, however, David went above & beyond anything expected. He was here for my softener but also took a look at my malfunctioning hot water heater solar panel. Another company "supposedly" took care of the issue last week. Not so! I had called them this am to report it was still leaking. Still haven't heard back from them. David took a look & problem solved!
