We take our little shih tzu bischon's there for grooming and they come home looking and smelling so good. We take our german shepherd there for nail trims and use the self wash. The grooming staff has gotten her comfortable with the nail trims and she no longer fights them. At least they had fish flakes but even that selection is limited, no Hikari bloodworms. Came in for fish left with 1 canister of fish food, either this location is closing or going under a remodel, but I can't see this locations survival if the store remains in this condition for much longer. They claim they cleaned the kennels and runs between dogs but now I wonder if bleach was used before our dogs used the kennel and/or run. The personnel were courteous as was Dave, the manager, but the message was clear it wasn't their fault. I'm hoping we don't have to incur a $300 veterinarian bill to clear up this disease. Hopefully they bleached the kennel and run after my dogs so no other dogs get it.
