Their flexible booking process and friendly customer service made it beyond easy to reschedule our rental... without penalty! We booked four hours with a big azz (technical term) bounce house with a slide and obstacle course. Party was set for 11-3 and UB said they'd be by at 10:30 to get it ready and back at the end for pickup. They actually arrived at 10am and didn't show up again until 3:30, which left my son with 30 minutes of free for all before his friends arrived and an extra 30 at the end! The bounce house was super clean and in great condition. The price was amazing too and the service simply could not be beat. Hire this family owned biz!

They run a great business and they really made sure everything was perfect. From delivery to clean up. And they wipe the entire house down before it's deflated. And they have a great system!!! The communication from the company was nearly nonexistent... I had to call, email, and text to add items to our order (all of which went unanswered until a confirmation email was sent.) I was told our items would be delivered between 10:30-11:30am (reservation was at 1:30pm) but they didn't ultimately come until 1:35pm (with minimal updates,) and they didn't pick up on time either. The snow cone machine wasn't as clean as I would have expected and only 11/12 chairs matched. Like I mentioned, we received the items ordered, but if you are hoping for efficient communication and quality rental pieces I would use another company.
