I had originally given them two stars, then changed it to three. I wish they had two and a half or I could rate them a 5 out of 10. In my opinion, there are usually better options in the area (like their rival across the street). For the projects we've requested quotes/proposals for, their costs are almost always much higher than their competition. They also have had turnover issues which have led to some very poor experiences for projects they've done for my company. For example, a few years ago I waited 6 months for a website project and was handed a site that my buddies and I could have put together in a couple of weeks. I just pictured these two programmers spending a month coding and the other 5 months playing ping pong with each other. Those two guys then left or were fired (I was simply told they were no longer with the company), but then their replacement was a guy that did nothing but bad-mouth Link's management every time we spoke. He worked for them for a few months, then he left as well--all in the middle of one simple project! That type of revolving-door turnover issue, which would normally be an internal problem, created huge headaches for me, and I've never understood their hiring practices and why they can't seem to retain (or even hire) qualified professionals. I know a lot of people in my position in the area, and while some of them use Link and absolutely love the work they do, others refuse to do business with them for one reason or another. I like to keep an open mind, so I'm always willing to give them a shot, but thus far they have not really impressed.

They were the least responsive help desk I have ever worked with and their help team (if you call one girl who answers the phone rudely and one IT support person a help team) created more issues than they resolved. They have very few IT support employees and are extremely poorly run. They are great at selling their services but once you actually work with them, there is not one person you can reach to get resolution to any issue and you will get passed around and around through their group of "Vice Presidents" restating your issues not less than 4 times and still get no resolution . They completely failed at the transition from our former IT company and never fully completed any transition. They claimed that they had all of our machines covered with their support agents and malware only to find out after we thankfully transitioned to a real IT support company they they had never even supported 4 of our companies computers. They quoted completely wrong server sizes when we did attempt to buy products from them. Their staff turns over quickly and the service is terrible! I have never been so happy to change vendors! Buyer beware!!

I went into T-Mobile expecting to upgrade my phone plan. As someone who works in customer service…read moremyself, I know how important it is. Personally before I even think about buying a product, I view how I am treated by the company. I felt as if the employee treated me as if I was dumb or didn't know anything about the company. He kept interrupting me and kept taking my phone out of my hand (without being polite enough to ask for it). Felt like I wasted about three hours of my life just to end up without an upgrade. Situations like this are truly disappointing because I don't think T-Mobile as a company is terrible, but experiences like this make it impossible to stay. Because of the poor customer service, I'll be switching to a different provider.
