Worst move experience I have ever had. Received a text message sharing delivery date and that I…read morewould receive another message the day of delivery to provide a tighter delivery window. I did not. The driver called me and stated he was waiting for me in front of my house. He was alone, showed up in flip flops and was pretty aggressive with the final payment request. Another mover showed up an hour into the delivery. My household goods appeared to have been shuffled around pretty rough, several boxes busted open, damaged furniture and pictures, damaged my door frame, cut the seat on one of my bar stools when removing the packaging and didn't say anything, hid the fact they didn't put my desk back together properly, had to buy new hardware to get it together, didn't unpack all the furniture and did not put all my furniture back together. The delivery man yelled at me because I wanted to do an inventory of my belongings to make sure I got everything and to check for damages, he would not let me and told me to just sign the paperwork. I argued with him about the inventory and he just yelled again for me to sign the paperwork. Better off getting portable containers that you pack yourself if you're moving out of state.

We never got any of our alcohol back including the bourbon we aged from our wedding. The movers said they'd refund us for alcohol, but it's been over a month and we haven't received anything. I have used several different moving companies in my day and I was impressed with the service they…read moreprovided. The two gentleman that helped with the move, did just that. They weren't talking/texting on their cell phones, they were actually working! We had them for a total of six hours to combine two houses and they didn't complain once, they were true professionals that got the job done. While moving some of the items, they had some scratches and dings to the house, the owner and staff we're understanding and accommodating and made right on their errors, in my eyes, that's all you can ask for. As far as words of constructive criticism, I would say they could improve on their organizational details. I had to discuss the details of the move several times, that is just me being picky. As well, they should have some additional tools or resources to prevent the nicks and dings, if they invested in those, it could have saved them some money during the move. Overall, I was satisfied and I will be sure to use them as a recommendation in the future.
