While instructional components were provided, my experience did not fully align with the expectations set at enrollment. Although alternatives were mentioned, the overall structure and accessibility felt different from what I anticipated when making the enrollment decision. I understand that OTA identifies itself strictly as an educational institution and not as an investment advisory or signal service. Graduated in 1979 and transferred to the Advanced Career Employment Training program (ACET) located in downtown Minneapolis. I was enrolled in the Computer Technology program at Control Data Institute and after graduation I was hired by Control Data Corporation. I retired this past October from State service and will soon be receiving a pension from Control Data as well as, a pension from the State of Minnesota. So there are many many successful students all over the country. And if you guys had your head on straight you could be one of the success stories. Quit focusing on the negatives and start working on improving your situations. If you had a positive mind set, you may have graduated from High School and been in college by now instead of pissing moaning and belly aching your lives away.
