We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote. Don't flag my review simply because you don't agree with it, practice better business and you'll get better reviews.

Manny and his crew were on-site bright and early. I'll admit... I overslept and had to move cars last-minute, but Manny was patient and kind about it. We had new siding, and gutters installed on our house in April 2022. Every interaction we had with the company was positive. From the salesman, to the office staff, to the installers every interaction was positive. After contracting with them, I had several phone conversations with them about color changes that my wife wanted, and they were always willing to accommodate us, and make the requested changes. There was a slight misunderstanding about the bathroom window on the day they showed up to begin the job but a phone call to the office quickly resolved the issue, and things progressed as planned. The workers were polite, and they treated our property with care & respect. Once the job was complete, they walked the perimeter of our house and garage with magnets to pick up loose pieces of metal, and any other debris that was laying around. Overall, their cleanup was on point. We've received a number of compliments from our neighbors on the work that was completed, and one of our neighbors contracted with Modern Xterior/The Modern Pros as a result of the work they did on our house. It's now been a year since the work was completed, and everything is holding together nicely, and still looks great! They clearly used the wrong or harsh cleaning products, and ever since then my oven has been nothing but problems. My oven began smoking after the cleaning, takes an extremely long time to preheat, and now there is a gas leak. It has become unsafe to use and is now completely broken. Before the cleaning, I was not experiencing these issues. To make matters worse, the quality of the cleaning itself was unacceptable. The cleaner washed my dishes, but every single dish was still dirty. I had to rewash them myself because they had food residue and were not properly cleaned. It was obvious that little care or attention was given to the job. I trusted this company to professionally clean my home, but instead I was left with a damaged appliance, dirty dishes, and the expense and inconvenience of repairing or replacing my oven. This was supposed to make my life easier, but it created more work and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take responsibility for the damage and poor service and make this situation right.

My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future.
