I had flooding and nothing but problems after that, when another contractor fixed the problem they found long screws used where rivets should be, this caused leaves to snag on the screws inside the gutter, water to back up onto the gutter, flow down the soffit and into my wall causing my wall to swell and be ruined. The contractor handed me the screws as evidence and showed me what had been caught on them. You get what you pay for! Beware.

Fast workers and pleasant to deal with. Clean up after themselves. Job included framing roof on new porch, replacing shoddily installed metal roof including extra work noted above as well as amazing gutter installation.

I was referred to KGS from a different service to have some repairs worked on…read more I didn't have any major problems or issues in the beginning; everyone I talked with was nice. Just slow response times getting someone to answer & waited a little over a week for my estimate but nothing major. However, I scheduled for the work to be completed and no one ever showed. I called and left a voicemail. When they finally returned my phone call, I was told they didn't know what had happen and would call to find out and "would call me back if she found something out." and I haven't heard back from anyone. I would inquire about it more, but didn't feel it was necessary to keep playing phone tag and schedule service with a company that doesn't keep me inform! I understand things happen, but felt like it was an unprofessional experience.
