On multiple occasions, the manager has been locked in the office using a personal phone rather than being visible on the gym floor or addressing the condition of the club. Members pay a premium to work out in a clean, well-maintained environment. UFC Gym has great equipment and potential, but the lack of cleanliness, visible management, and attention to detail has significantly impacted my experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the facility for its members.

Unfortunately, those values did not match what I experienced as a customer. It felt like the membership contract and collecting money mattered more than treating a customer fairly. There is a big difference between running a legitimate business and hiding behind a contract to squeeze money out of someone who can no longer even use your facility. If this is how you treat your customers, don't be surprised when people leave negative reviews and warn others. I would not recommend this gym. If you're thinking about joining, be extremely careful about what you're signing and how difficult it may be to get out of the membership.
