We wanted to get him involved in a physical activity but knew that he was not ready for team sports. When starting him I was very nervous not knowing how he would respond, but to my surprise, within the first month he flourished! Not only has his confidence, self-esteem and physical capabilities grown; he's completely came out of his shell and is eager to participate and speak in front of class! I've watched him grow tremendously with his sensory sensitivities, which have previously held him back from participating in many school and social activities. Mr. Gregory runs an excellent program that holds his students to a high standard not only teaching proper martial arts technique, self-defense, and discipline; but also many life skills that your child will be able to apply to all other aspects of life. We're looking forward to our toddler joining there Badger program when he's of age. This is a great experience for all ages and families! What started out as a way to increase my daughter's intrinsic motivation and self discipline has turned into an ongoing family experience with us all working together towards being a family of black belts. He sets expectations, holds them to it, and helps them feel proud of themselves. He meets kids where their comfort level is and invites them to challenge themselves in the safe environment he has created. I appreciate the variety of activities and exercises and the challenges to try new things. The facility is always clean and welcoming, which I appreciate as I often have my younger kids with me.

I did the 6 week Kut challenge and I feel so much better than I did 6 weeks ago. They give you all…read morethe tools you need to succeed. I was able to go to so many classes and I feel much stronger for it. The nutrition guide was a bit difficult for me because I am a pescatarian and it is very meat heavy, but they had seafood options, it was just repetitive, and I'm not much of a cook (even though they give you a foolproof guide). Therefore, I had a little trouble and veered a few times, and I am sure if I didn't I would have had even better progress. You get what you put into the challenge. All the instructors are super nice and helpful. They will come up to you during class to correct technique and make it a point to have contact with you at every class you attend. They are also great about reaching out and asking if you need any help with nutrition or classes. I was suppose to receive weekly emails, but the program head had some personal matters arise and a few things fell through on that end, but the classes were always available and it was a lot of self accountability. If you can commit to 6 weeks of trying to better yourself, this is the place you want to go to!
