I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained I wanted to keep the length in my hair while I was well aware my ends were not healthy. She was very careful to cut only what needed to be cut. And, she and everyone there were great to even chat with while everything was being done. They have a great environment with a light, uplifting atmosphere. The price was very reasonable for the service. (Please also remember that you get what you pay for, especially when going lighter!). I found this place to be a great value - professional, luxury results at an affordable rate.
