While on my way to drop my kids off to the sitter we encountered a horrible experience by one of the drivers who has no regards towards other drivers on the road. I was in a merge lane that was coming to an end. Before cutting in I checked & made sure that I had the clearance of other vehicles (which I did, if not I wouldn't have merged) A man in a white van decided to speed up next to me preventing me to cut in & nearly runs me off the road & continues on like nothing ever happened, no sorry nothing! . This vehicle had its company name & number printed on the back, I immediately took a picture & called to file a complaint. It took me a few tries before someone finally answered & told me that they were gonna suspend the driver, the call lost connection & the worker called me back & told me that because of how the driver acted "it was my fault" & that "he spoke to his driver & I should've called first" I tried calling 3 times before someone finally answered! & that next time I should "just stop, because I'm wrong" The guy who I was speaking with changed his whole attitude & tone of voice so quickly I was completely shocked. He did not care about the danger that this driver put me & my kids in, every time I tried to talk he got defensive !! I asked his name & he refused to give it but supposedly he is the owner... which is worse!! Someone please teach this guy the importance of good customer service & respect! How shame that in your business description it says that you're "committed to do right by your customers" & can't even handle your drivers or let alone watch your attitude while speaking about serious complaints.
