I have ordered from them many times. My rating is based solely on one thing: Terrible, Unpleasant and Unhelpful Customer Service by the droid who answers their phones and takes the orders. I realize you are busy. I realize you are making piles of money delivering bud to the stoners but some of us are actual medical patients and yes, we may want details about a product. Since you have no dispensary where we can come in and read labels and check out your products, all we can do is call and ask a questions if we have one. How hard could that be?
