Besides the fact that the owner is a jerk with little patience for his customers, there is barely any selection in their items. Their CBD is on the verge of expiration, and the store offers such a limited variety of juices/ disposables. You are better off finding a different place. Do not support this business! read more

I bought a PuffCo Proxy from Surfside this weekend for around $320. Before purchasing, I shared with the employees that I've struggled with PuffCo products in the past and they assured me this was a good product and I could make sure it worked. Upon arriving home and plugging in the device (with the included cord), I noticed that nothing happened, which isn't super alarming so I left it to charge. After hours of troubleshooting videos, trying different outlets, and reading online, I figured out I had a faulty device. Even though they sold me the device and knew I hadn't used it, the owner flatly denied my return request since it's an "electronic". Don't shop here. read more

I'm a black man and I'm new to Laguna and the smoke shops here usually make me feel uncomfortable like I'm trying to steal when im a paying customer so there not really helpful. Matt is a good guy and is very helpful. And though he may not smile much he is a really nice guy who doesn't mind answering any questions about the many different items in the store. This store is one of only two smoke shops that open early and close late. Majority of the shops in O.C. close before 9pm and don't open until 11-12pm. They also have very reasonable and cheap products. And may be the only smoke shop in California that will actually replace a product item if that item is defected or not working properly. What!!!! Looked online for smoke shops open in laguna, found this one that said they opened at 10, got there at 10:15 to find the doors locked and the sign that says their hours is crossed out with nothing replacing it. Not gonna hate on marking up mods more than double the reputable online vape supplier, choices are limited in a pinch, right? Bought a Wismec Predator. Day later couldn't access menu via triple click. Brought back to return/exchange 2 days after purchase and guy sweated me so bad, from claiming I should take up warranty with manufacturer to claiming I should have come back within the hour (on vacation schedule, mind you) to claiming I "broke it". Dude was clueless on how these things even work and evidently all about hawking whatever makes a buck, regardless of his knowledge base of inventory, or lack thereof. Ended up settling on replacement of lesser quality, as the Predator I got was the last one, but not without significant struggle. If you're not worried about a retailer not standing behind their product without a standard level of support, customary these days, in America, then good luck. read more
