After three years of trying to access my belongings in my storage unit, I realized I had been trapped by the incredibly thoughtless way that Kobi and his helper placed my things: heaviest on top of breakables and fragile items (clearly marked on the outside of each box) and stacked to the ceiling with the largest, heaviest boxes on top where it required a ladder to bring them down. Since it was a tiny woman with me supervising and myself, not super huge or strong when I hired him to move them in, both our reminders fell on deaf ears and apparently he completely ignored our constant requests for "heavy on the bottom, light on the top." It took me three years to find my most precious things, and only when I was moving out of storage did I find them. Be warned. read more

I would give Kobi 10 stars if I could. We just moved to a new condo and my mom has a ton of kitchen stuff that are mixed in with stuff from other rooms + junks that simply should no longer be kept. Except for a few inputs on my mom's height and condiments preference, we just left it all to Kobi to run it, and our kitchen transformed from a waste ground to an immaculate Zen corner. Kink's communication deserves 5+ stars - many people knows how to organize but being a professional is a separate dealing. I've spoken to a few other organizers and they are more uncertain and stressed than I was about the project. That's not what I need when seeking urgent help! Kobi is quick and concise in his text and phone comms. Everyone quoted me 1 whole day day for the project but this guy finished the kitchen right at 4 hours. Kobi isn't the cheapest on an hourly basis but he's got the brain and muscle to achieve more in 4 hours than other organizers I've worked with in the past. I highly recommend the Kobi Organization. They helped us remove the furniture and other large items from a three-bedroom house. The removal took about two days but the project took a little over a year. Shakobi and team were there to assist us at every step in the planning of this emotional effort to clean out our parents home. This was more challenging than expected. For example, after several attempts, they had to use a chain saw on an second floor sofa to get it down stairs.
