I just found out that time sensitive court documents were sent to Myers address because they were still listed with the case. When handling funds held in escrow to pay any outstanding water bills to the city, the least they could have done is to check with me to see if the bill was correct. The water authority sent a bill that was not correct and was covering up for mistakes on they made on the account, the DMKCG firm just paid it - no communication to check on the validity and without any concern for the use of the escrow funds. Very unprofessional.

I terminated her representation at the beginning of April, and have spent the last 5 months attempting to 1) receive the remainder of my retainer back and 2) have her remove my divorce petition in the court system. Despite weekly follow-up calls OVER THE PAST 5 MONTHS, she has done neither, and I must now go downtown and file a motion to be seen by a judge to ask that she be removed from my divorce filing.
