But they didn't tell me about the increase in their "Tenant Restoration Fee" Figure $ 300 divided by 12 comes out to $ 25 a month. The rental price 690 plus perks $20 plus move out cleaning $25 means that my actual monthly rental cost is 735. Can we say hidden charges. I am moving out and they sent me a letter that I have to present a receipt from both a professional regular cleaning company and a professional carpet cleaning company or the cost for these services will be taken out of my deposit. My lease does not specify these requirements. I will be sending both my lease and this "Move Out Reminder" to the Better Business Bureau and the Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
