They allow substitutions and additions, however, when ordering online, it appears that some options aren't available, (I. E. American cheese was not an option online but available in store and they have the hot pepper relish spread but that also is not an option online.) Plenty of meat, cheese and toppings come on the sandwich and fries. Strawberry (includes real strawberries) and regular lemonades both hit, and if you download the app they have some great deals like the Extreme meal deal that offers, a Philly (reg or chicken), fries (loaded if you dare!), and a drink for $10.99! Like other reviews mentioned, it's more like thick cut bacon on a fried bun (the menu clearly states the bun is fried, by the way). I was recently at the Food Truck Friday in Annapolis event and while I was ordering something from another vendor I smelled their heavenly Chicken Tikka Masala and instantly wished I'd ordered that instead.
