I'll be honest, I'm not sure what came out qualifies as a chimichanga -- it wasn't deeply fried (or baked), and was covered with a cheese sauce like a smothered burrito. Maybe someone sent me the wrong thing? I don't bite. But, it was delicious. The sauce actually greatly complemented everything, and it was evenly seasoned.
