I would not recommend this office for the care of your children. We started with them shortly after…read morethey opened almost 20 years ago. Recently we received a letter in the mail stating that they will no longer be seeing any of our children because we owed them a balance that was unpaid. We almost always had an unpaid balance until the next time we came in and settled up then. When I asked the billing office if they needed me to pay over the phone why they didn't just call me or text me. Then she proceeded to lie to me saying she left messages, when she clearly did not. I believe they are in the process of purging older, less profitable patients, in lieu of infants. Whether their internal policies have changed, or for whatever reason, after 19 years with them and never missing or avoiding our bills with them they have decided to discontinue service. Do yourself a favor and do not start a relationship with this company. After phone calls with them it was obvious they could care less. There must be plenty of better options...

Our son (5 months) was seeing Dr. Raman Chopra. My wife called in to get our sons ear looked at, we…read morebelieve glue ear. We have also been wondering about his circumcision, as it look like there is a lot of skin left and he has a small bump on the side of his penis. She got an appointment that day. She left the mucus in his ear so that the doctor could see it. The doctor came in took his temp and swabbed the ear. Put it in the container and said "take this to the lab and call me in 3 days to find out what it is." Would not even look at our sons circumcision. Doctor was going to leave before my wife asked how she should clean his ear out. He said "whatever way you can." She went to the front desk to schedule a 6 month appointment as we had missed the 4 month. (Never got a reminder call about the appointment, and we live 80 miles away with 2 other children and full time jobs. Sometimes things get forgotten, honest mistake.) When she mentioned the missed appointment the lady at the desk said "yeah well most parents are more responsible." Could have been able to look past taking your own samples to the lab. Maybe the Dr. was busy, but he could have suggested how to clean the ear, and it takes a couple minutes to look over the circumcision. We will not be returning to an office that insults us as parents for a simple mistake.

Heed if you want someone caring to be the physician for your loved child --- Do not go expecting…read moresomeone caring, or professional in diagnosing or tending to your child not feeling well. She is cold with no bedside manners. I had read on reviews that she is 'gruff' ... and that is an understatement. She is only interested in money and uses her practices to promote her side business in a pushy manner. As parents we don't go t a doctor to feel obligated to have to buy her product. She will not spend adequate time checking child and jumps to conclusions instead of listening. She is belittling and carries an eerie entitlement that only her thoughts are right, she's very disrespectful. There is a reason other patients have taken time to let others know about their sour visits from other reviews, patients have left and are leaving and not returning to her. Patsy should retire, she's become insensitive and ice cold to her patients. Fortunately after the waste of time going to her, we were able to visit another doctor whom is caring, listened, took time to check and gave an antibiotic; a completely different visit from the nightmare with Patsy Barker. Because I took my son to another doctor when she was out, she scolded and raised her voice at me! Totally out of line individual. She seems to across very bitter and angry at the world, not a recommendable doctor in any form or fashion. Never returning. I'll follow all those that have also left.
