The girl who called me was condescending, telling me I must be confused why they had to change the appointment, I corrected her and told her that no, we have a problem with the appointment change because we had signed him up to play in a Super Bowl game that is scheduled prior to the new appointment time and we need the cast off beforehand.

My foot started bleeding after they bandage it up, went back and they never check the incision just rewrapped the outer layer. Week later found out that the stitches were never tied off right and my foot split open. Couldn't get it back together, it was so swollen. Week later they gave me a block in my foot that hurt very bad and pushed my incision together to try and get more stitches in. The bad events go on. My foot has never been the same again.

All the way though but in a place that made a cast impossible and still lined up so no surgery (so I was told). I already had a badly torn rotator cuff and explained that the first time. I only saw his PAs after that and they would not listen. I kept explaining that I was also having issues with my arm all the way to my fingers, specifically with my elbow and wrist. On w PA said it might be the ulnar nerve but we could look at it later. My next to last time there I specifically asked to see Dr Strickland the next appointment. I was assured that I would. I didn't. Asked again. Assured that I would. That appointment was for Jan 7th, a Wednesday, almost a month later. On Monday the 5th I received a call asking to reschedule. The doctor (who I only saw once) wanted to reschedule because, and I quote, *He no longer wants to see patients on Wednesdays.* They rescheduled to end of month. I didn't go back. My arm has a torn rotator cuff, a torn biceps, and a compressed ulnar nerve. I have another doctor (who listens shockingly) who will be performing the surgery.

So I called my insurance company so that they could tell me which orthopedic doc accepts my insurance.......The nice lady that I spoke with found an ortho doc for me but I needed a referral from my doctor......So she called 11/23/2020 (before noon) GraceMed Good Samaritan Clinic (the clinic that my husband, children, and I have gone to for the last few years) to have them call in a referral to the ortho doc that accepts my insurance........mind you my doc is out of the office until sometime in December and has been out of the office since September or October......my doc has not responded yet.....which I have no problem with.......she has her LIFE OUTSIDE OF BEING A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!! BUT there is another doctor there that CAN CALL IN THE REFERRAL for me...........CATCH 22!!!!!!! I FIND OUT TODAY 11/24/2020 I have to make an appointment to see him IN ORDER FOR HIM /HER TO GIVE ME A REFERRAL........I HAVE BEEN TO MANY CLINICS AND DOCTORS OFFICES IN MY 42 YEARS OF LIFE.......I have NEVER needed to see another doctor at the same office if my doctor was out to get a referral for something like this.......I AM TRULY PISSED OFF!!!!!!!
