I do not recommend this office at all. He wanted to adjust my lower back for a TMJ issue, told me I needed 24 visits, and even said, "I can't guarantee you'll be better or worse." I have gone from walking bent over to walking up right. I have Meiner's, a form of constant spinping (mine is like the room and the people are slowly rotating around me, pictures and signs always look slanted) and falling out of the blue. I also have TMJ, and about every 2 weeks have my neck adjusted. The employees all know their clients name. You are greeted with your name and a wonderful smiling welcome. If you are not feeling well, and you cancel your appointment, they tell you hope you feel well and see you next week. I applaud which ever of my doctors recommend me to coming here. And also they take care of all the paperwork. On occasion you do fill out a form about your treatment and how is helping you. I really look forward to coming to this appointment each week. read more

I went for quite awhile because the staff is welcoming and it's easy to get an appointment....it's a well oiled machine. Dr. Koenig recommends 10 visits at first. Also requires new X-rays if you've been away for more than 6 months. That was my first clue something was wrong. My previous chiropractor (extremely well respected in this field) never requested X-rays: He said they are good for 10 years. Previously I was also able to go a couple of times a month or once a year and got immediate relief. Went for a pinched nerve. After X-rays was given a "treatment plan" of 3 visits per week for 8 wks. A year and a half later they were still pressuring me to go 3x/wk. Each visit lasts less than 5 min, they do the same 3 quick moves on everyone, then send you on your way, at a $20-$80 copay. When my schedule only allowed me to make it 2x a week, it they would pressure me and say "insurance might think the number of appointments aren't necessary and not want to pay". They usher people in and out like an assembly line, charging huge amounts to do very little. The whole experience and environment felt really scammy and almost cult like. After hundreds of appointments and probably tens of thousands of dollars charged, I never noticed any sort of difference in my back at all. read more

My entire treatment was extremely rushed. I didn't see the chiropractor for more than 90 seconds a visit. I was also misdiagnosed and told I needed to be seen 3x a week for 12 weeks. Turns out what I actually needed was physical therapy for a serious back injury. All Koenig cared about was making money and getting people in & out as much as possible. 1 star only deserved because of the traction beds & the front desk staff was friendly. read more

Run quickly (depending on your condition lol I assume running may hurt a tad so be safe but no really go the other way)in the opposite direction My daughter age 14 recommended 24 visits and a curved spine lol went elsewhere for 2nd and 3rd opinions and well no ONE has a straight spine and hers is NORMAL ALL SHE needed was a hip piped back in place and boom she's good.. I needed 22 visits they said but nope not true . My son needed 16 visits again not needed and best part is question their plan and they get bent out of shape, end result I saved three thousand or more in visits that they don't guarantee anything for u .. my thoughts walk or run opposite direction to a good old school chiro you will be shocked. read more

Being able to utilize the therapy machines each time is a great bonus as well. Since I started seeing them regularly I have had zero back pain, and for me, that says volumes. My husband was dealing with recurring severe neck pain/stiffness and we couldn't figure out what to do. After trying everything over the counter, he consulted with Dr. Koenig. I would caution anyone who wants to go to this practice. Trying to get me to sign up for 36 visits on my first visit (flag 1) I work in healthcare for over 20 years and I'm familiar with managed care, billing etc. Dr Koenig wanted to "talk about my insurance and said Dr Dunlop at your plan said if you don't come 3 days a week they wont pay for your treatments" I've been going 2 days a week and had 4 treatments. Anyway, I'm aware my plan pays for 20 visits in a calendar year regardless of how many days a week I go. Actually called the plan to verify after the fact and they told me no doctor reviewed my "case" and I should be wary of this provider. There is no Dr Dunlop! I hope they investigate I suggested they do. Polite, yes credible NO. All about making money and at the expense of your wallet and time. read more

I came here to help my back pain during pregnancy and I cannot recommend them enough! My back pain was excruciating before I started getting adjustments, but once I started getting help from Dr. Jesse, I was able to manage my back pain in the last trimester. He was great - very friendly, professional, and he modified his practices to use pregnancy safe techniques for me. I don't go for extended chiropractic programs but I tried this one for a while. Short term fixes when things go wrong are fine but this place had me on the hook for over $500 then they wanted another round to keep the progress going. The before/after xrays showed a difference but I didn't feel it. I decided to opt out. read more

Echo of Margaret's review, I would not recommended this office. They are very adept at manipulating patients into their treatment plan of 24 appointments. The office staff is super friendly, it's clean and welcoming, and they seem to want to make every effort to make you comfortable. Then come the X-rays. Dr Josh sat me down and basically guilted me into his treatment plan by explaining how important it is to take care of my body etc etc (I have scoliosis), while the extremely large looming monitor displayed my crooked spine. He said he could decrease the degree of curve if I stuck with his plan. No discussion of treatment at all, this is it, you need to do it. First adjustment felt great, my pain subsided, and a new area started to hurt. Second appointment, I was literally with the dr for less than 5 minutes, and he never even checked out the new area of pain. I'm sorry but a 4 minute appointment followed by 5 minutes on the traction table does not make an effective appointment and left me feeling ripped off. The office is set up to turn over tables, get em in, get em out. There are no definitive tests or studies that confirm chiropractic care can decrease spinal curves, it's just not a thing. I love chiropractic for pain relief, and like Margaret said, go find yourself an old school chiropractor that will work with you on a treatment plan that is right for you. read more

I finally made an appointment with Dr. Josh after waking up with an extremely stiff neck every day for a month. Just when I started to feel better and get my full range of motion back I would wake up back at square one. My first inital consult/appointment was only $27 with a coupon printed off his website and included an exam, a thermal scan and x-rays. When I went back for my second appointment, for the results of my testing, the first thing he said was "you told me about your neck pain, but you didn't say anything about your lower back pain or headaches". I do have both! I've been seeing Dr. Josh for approx. 6 weeks now and my neck is great! I haven;'t had a problem since my first couple of visits. We're still working on my lower back, but after a second thermal scan I can see the work that has been done and feel the improvements that have been made. My only negative comment is there is no way to pay per visit. You can pay up front in full for a discount or in two installment payments for a smaller discount. It would be nice if there was a way to pay per visit for those of us that don't have insurance coverage, but he says he does this to lower his costs, therefore, saving the patient money. I would definitely recommend Dr. Josh and his services. His office staff is AWESOME and a pleasure to deal with as well. read more

Nothing is worse than shopping around for a massage therapist. It can be quite pricey and you never know what you are going to get. I was very happy with my massage by Janelle. The price was great and so was my massage. I like a very deep tissue massage but it has been so long since I've had a massage (was trying to avoid shopping for one) so, I was a little more sensitive than normal. She was able to pick up on that and adjust her pressure. She located tons of spots that needed attention and smoothed them out. You can tell she knows what she is doing.
