I need a wheel chair for an upcoming surgery. I had no problem fitting in a regular sized wheelchair. However, the seat only came to the middle of my thighs, and since I needed to keep one of my legs elevated, there was dead space between the middle of my thighs and the top of my calf. I found it even though I didn't need the extra size the bariatric wheelchair seat actually came to right under my knees. The issue I have with Kohl's is that it would've been $65 a month for the regular size wheelchair, however, for the bariatric wheelchair, the price went up to $200 for the month. What gets me as a wheelchair is a wheelchair. Why should I have to pay more than double the price? read more

Don't call these people up. They are not set up to do business on the phone. Their protocol took forever to get through first of all. Second of all the person I talked to didn't understand their product line. Finally it took three minutes or more after they didn't know their product line and went away to find out more for them to come back and get online they still couldn't answer my questions.. Finally, they just weren't prepared to do business with me. The product I wanted wasn't covered by insurance I was wanting to pay cash. They didn't understand that and I finally gave up and decided to write my $7000 check to somebody else. read more

I had a complete hip replacement done 5 days ago. I had my doctor fax my prescription to Kholls a week prior to surgery. I made 3 visits to 27th St. They had called and said everything was ready for pickup. But when I got there each time your staff was rude and demeaning. Then I was told ya'll didn't have my walker ready. That you still did not submitted into my insurance. I was scheduled for surgery the next day @7:00 am. That if I was going to have the walker when I needed it I had to pay out if pocket for it. I am so frustrated with your staff I will never buy anything from ya'll again nor will I recommend your business to anyone. Your staff suck!​ read more

Unbelievably horrible. I called earlier today on behalf of a family member. The clueless receptionist, who answered the phone, and condescending pharmacist, who rattled away insults in the background, were equally as disgusting. We were told that Kohll's refuses to fill this prescription due to lack of insurance coverage. I offered to pay cash no problem and am still in disbelief. This is illegal and if I weren't fully occupied with a family emergency, I would follow up. I am deeply hurt to think of others who may have been mistreated by these lazy and pathetic frauds who have no place in this business. read more

This place is ridiculous. I care for a disabled woman and the ONLY reason we come here is because they make these convenient bubble packs to keep her meds organized. There hasn't been a single time that we have come and had a pleasant visit. They do not acknowledge you when you come in. They are rude most of the time and NEVER know where your meds are. The shortest amount of time we have waited is 14 minutes. Right now, as I'm typing this, we are 17 minutes into a search for a bottle of prescribed ASPIRIN. They'll look on this rack behind the counter then around on the shelf under it then disappear behind the counter for half an hour and not tell you what's going on. Very frustrating. read more

I really really hate to give bad reviews. And I love to patronize local businesses. So this review is tough but I'm writing it in hopes someone at Kohll's sees it and steps up their game. I had a doctors appointment on early Friday afternoon and I had a prescription that needed to be compounded. According to the woman at the front desk of my doctor, only a few local places can compound - Kohlls and Four Star. (I actually found out this is not true and that certain Walgreens will, fyi). So, I opted for Kohll's based on location and she said prices tended to be better. She said she would call it in right away (3 p.m.) so it would be available after work (between 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.). I showed up after work to a lot of confusion. She didn't know where my prescriptions were. She didn't know I had three until I told her I did. Everyone was very courteous and friendly but again, very unorganized. After explaining to her one of them was a compound, that apparently made the search easier so she went to find it. She told me it had not been filled b/c the compounding pharmacist had left for the day. I wouldn't be able to get it until Monday! That was a bummer, especially since I confirmed with the doctors office there would be time to fill it and after making the 20 minute trip across town. On Monday, I hear nothing (even after asking them to let me know when the prescription is filled) so I give them a call around noon. The compounding pharmacist gets on the phone and says he will have to order the compounding items and it will be ready Tuesday. Oh, ok, well I guess I didn't know what compounding involved so I guess this is understandable. Annoying, but understandable. Call on Tuesday. Compounding pharmacist "oops I forgot to order it, I'm so sorry!" Wednesday rolls around I still get no phone call. I call and the compounding pharmacist says he was having quick bite and would call me in just a few minutes. An hour and a half later I still have heard nothing. I have plans after work and a looming two week follow up so by this time I'm really irritated and need the prescription like yesterday! I call back. I explain to the woman who answers that he hasn't called me back and she says yes he's been very busy. Understandable but when you F up an order for several days I think it should take some priority. Or not. Which is why I'm writing this review. She immediately puts me on hold and surprise, here is the compounding pharmacist with more excuses. "You know they brought all the stuff and said they didn't have this and this and I told them I needed it blah blah blah" Long story short it wasn't done. I told him I couldn't pick it up after work but I would need it before 5 p.m. He personally delivered it to my office (no charge), which was nice, yes. And he made sure to let me know that he isn't the one that delivers but wanted to make sure he really stepped it up four days later apparently. However, he was the SAME person that greeted me on Friday when I went to pick up the prescription and had apparently already left for the day. So on top of poor customer service and terrible excuses they lied. Not a winner in my book and I will not continue to pick up prescriptions here. read more

Pretty good customer service but a bit pricey. It pays to shop around. They have lots of home healthcare items and accept about all the insurance plans out there. The pharmacists know their buisness but are a bit abrupt with you if you have questions. Otherwise this is a solid pharmacy. Price wise they are at or below Walgreens, Hyvee, and CVS and sometimes significantly cheaper. An antibiotic for example was $12 at Wagey and $87 at Walgreens!!! This holds true on most things but I also have found some things higher in price. Again, shop around for the best price. read more

My experience with Wagey/Kohll's was a BIG disappointment! It is a prime example of what not to do. I was referred there by the wound clinic and although they did not have all the supplies needed in stock Sarah, the wound care specialist, ,assured me they would delivery the missing items to my home in 2 days. What a lie! Three weeks and 5 voicemails later, I'm still waiting to find out what happened to the supplies. Has Wagey/Kohll's become one of those pharmacies that bill insurance for items that are never delivered? I feel for those who do not have other options! I am so disappointed in this store and this company. I am on a cpap machine and decided to use Wagey/Kohll's for my service and I so wish I had not. My calls are left unreturned for, literally a week or more. I go out there hoping to catch a respiratory therapist and they have all been sent to Omaha. I ask that a print out of how the machine is working be sent to my primary care physician. I am told it will be. It never happens. Other than two respiratory therapists (when I do see them), the staff gives me the impression I am bothering them. I have NEVER given a place a bad review but I am telling people to stay away. I am contacting Medicare to see if there is a way out of my contract with them. So very disappointed. Wish the old Wagey's was back. read more

It was great to walk in and get immunizations for out-of-the-country travel. They looked up what was needed and provided the service for us, without an appointment. Yes, it took a little time, but just as fast or faster than a doctor's appointment. I highly recommend them! read more

I had been going there for over twenty years, but I will now be going elsewhere. In the last couple of months they charged me full price for one drug that was fully covered by insurance and then refused to fix it. Now they delivered a drug that was never ordered. I had just called the doctor about something minor and thought he might have called in something and forgot to tell me. It turns out that they made another mistake and sent me something for something I don't have and was meant for someone else. It took four days for them to fix this. And this is all happening in the last couple of months. Never again. They're going to kill somebody. read more

They are the absolute worst pharmacy ever, inept, unorganized and don't give a darn about their customers! It took 3 phone calls between the dermatologist and their pharmacist to figure out the order. Then I was put on hold numerous times after I talked with them to ensure the Rx was paid for and mailed out to me in Kearney. They supposedly sent the Rx out Friday night, here it is Wednesday and no Rx. On top of that, I get a call from them saying the order needs to be paid for and it was the wrong prescription that was worked out on Friday. I was put on hold numerous times again on Wednesday, and they still couldn't figure what was going on. Now I have to wait for Bob to call me Thursday to get it right. My son has been suffering all this time without his much needed medications. Don't use these idiots unless you don't need your prescription done correctly, on time and don't want a huge amount of exasperation! read more

I sure do miss Wagey Drug . I used to go there for wound care things for my husband and was ALWAYS treated with respect.,That is a thing of the past with the new owners. I had our doctor fax a script there ..They claimed didn't get it .Then I was told they didn't know doctor or who patient was..like sorry about your bad luck ..Went the weekend without supplies.I call Doctor they send script to Wagey/Kohlls talk to Sara and she says she's just finishing the order.She tells come pick it up I call her back give her insurance card info .We don't live in Lincoln so will take a while to get there.A few hours pass and I go into the pharmacy .I stand and wait at the counter lady is taking to another employee and they keep talking like I was not there ,finally she says can I help you .I tell her I have to pickup husband wound care supplies .She refers me to the left at another counter.I get there tell her my husband name she says sorry I can't give you medicine unless you sign this paper agreeing to pay 150. Excuse me ? I talked to Sara and she told me she was finishing up and to come on in.Lady said yes I told you that and you can take it but you have to sign a paper saying you will pay. 150. Dollars if Doctors office don't get what we need and i faxed it to them .I leave Without supplies .They get the paperwork back And Sara calls me and says where would you like me to send the script we are in competition with Medicare so we can't fill it sorry bout your bad luck ..Thieves if I would of signed I would of ended up paying because they don't take Medicare... read more
