I was passing by here, and it appears to be one of the cheaper Shell gas stations in the Lincoln…read morearea. I was borrowing someone's car, so I figured I would use my 25 cents Fuel Rewards discount. The regular price for gas was $2.89, but I only paid $2.64 per gallon. It totally beats the $3.94 per gallon I was paying out in California!!! So ridiculous!!! It was super cold. I parked, got my gas, and left just as the name of this station... Speedee! They have 8 pumps here, so it was not crowded when I came by here. My only issue was that this car has the gas tank on the other side of the car than what I am used to. So I had to turn around in the snow infested drive areas. But there was so much space to maneuver around this property. It was easy. In the future, when I am in Lincoln, I will always get my gas here. Next time I come through here, I will go inside the Mart part to see what they have to offer!

The guy behind the counter was really cool. He let me exchange the rice to the thin noodles, I got 1 Rangoon and 1 chicken egg roll, and my two entrées were beef & broccoli and honey walnut shrimp. This meal was very filling and I am definitely full and close enough to my brothers home. After eating lunch here, I shopped for spinach leaf lettuce, mushrooms, and I came back to Hy-Chi to purchase a $5.00 special spicy California roll to eat for later. I love this supermarket, it is always clean inside and outside. I definitely will keep coming back here as my brother lives so close! They even have different daily specials posted that change often. I give Tobin, a pharmacy assistant 5 stars. He always has a warm smile and is ambitious to serve…read moreyou. He maintains a great attitude even when a lot of people wait in long lines. He is a cool cat under pressure. Outside the Pharmacy area, the store is clean and maintains organized aisles. When you go down the candy aisle, it looks like a tornado hit. It is hard to find your favorite Candy bar when you need to satisfy your sweet tooth. There is a lot of room to improve my favorite aisle of the store. When it comes to customer service, I see a lot of unwelcoming customer service representatives. I see angry and sad facial expressions. It is like they all drank the same poison and they regurgitate bad attitudes. It is unfortunate to see this when it used to be a fun place to pick up a few things. Everyone smiled and greeted me with a fuzzy welcome. I kind of hold the management accountable for the decline of epic leadership. They are nowhere to be found. I only see them when a problem surfaces. They need to regroup and create a culture that drives customers to the store. Making each customer feel good about shopping there would be a foundation for molding an atmosphere of the "Wow" experience. It is not all bad. There are a few good apples that give you the ultimate customer experience. One customer service representative stands out and her name is Penny. She knows frequent shoppers by name. When I see her glowing face, I know I will be treated like royalty. It is a feel-good feeling you get when someone says your name. With that being said, I believe in second chances. Building a happy culture for the employees I believe they will create the "Penny" experience!

Unable to find out if insurance was used, demanded cash to give! Unable to reach by phone, the app is pretty useless for trying to see when or if prescription will be filled. Profits before patients is the motto.
