I visited this location during the Christmas shopping season. They had extended hours so like a crazy woman, here I was close to midnight strolling into the store. This store was large, bright, and clean. I saw the managers out on the floor folding clothes and getting areas tidied up. Usually during this time of year stores looks like a tornado came through them. Not this location. I was able to actually look around and find things that I needed. The staff was very friendly despite that it was close to midnight and they probably had a long day up to this point. It was probably less than 10 people in the store in total. The wonderful cashier was patient as I ran back to my car as I forgot my debit card in there. Next time I'm back in Concord, I will be visiting this location again. read more

Visited this store yesterday for the first time since moving in the area. My jaw dropped ate the mess everywhere. Looked like a strong wind went through amd blew everything all over the place. It was messy in every department. The woman that checked me out ate a lemon for breakfast. I bought very little and do not plan to return. I came here for an Amazon return. Each time you drop off a return they give you a 15% off coupon to spend in the store. Great incentive to try and boost sales. I never really shop here, but a couple items caught my attention and I decided to purchase. There were only 2 check out attendants. The line was long. The gentleman attendant was taking a fairly long time with the person in his line. He told the only other attendant to go take a break. Why would you tell her that when the line was long and he was busy with a credit application or so it sounded like taking longer than a regular transaction. While the 2nd cashier asked if I minded waiting or she could ring me up. I thought the gesture was nice but when I said I've been waiting a while and would like to check out, she had a noticeable attitude change and told the other attendant, I'm going after this one. If she didn't want to ring me up she should have just went to break like he told her. Why project your negative energy on someone else when you're the one who asked to , "or ring me up" This was so ghetto and unprofessional. I'll continue to bring my returns. As far as shopping, the store is in disarray, clothing everywhere except where it should be. 500 items on 1 rack. Clothes thrown everywere and in the isles on racks. It appears they need to hire more associates to keep the store organized. Great location read more

Selection was fine and we were prepared to make multiple purchases but customer service or lack there of is lacking to the point that after watching the employees interactions with not just me but other customers I decided it was best to spend money elsewhere. read more

I quite like this location. I visited shortly before Christmas and was surprised there was no mayhem. I was able to make my return quickly upon arrival and then walked around to see if I could find anything that I needed. Surprisingly, the store was very neat for this time of year. They are scammers. I made a purchase for 700 dollars returned the item that I received because it didn't look like what it was online they only returned 500 because of a Kohl's cash they sent . I used Kohl's cash then returned the item and they are not returning the rest of my money. They are deliberately and shamelessly keeping 200 dollars when they got everything I bought back. They will let you bring things back for exchange with a very generous policy. The manager was very open to this, the seasonal employees not as much. They have very reasonable prices on jeans and tshirts. read more

Built a brand new kohl's to have it be smaller than any other store. Doesn't carry hardly anything. It's a site to store location. I guess people don't need to try anything on or see it in person. I'll never be back! read more

Hit a couple sales and did pretty well. This store stays pretty clean, with several associates in each department if you need help. Always has at least 3 cashier's open, so any line moves quickly. Always pleased when I come here. read more

I'm so glad there is a kohl's near Me! I enjoyed shopping here and the one employee that I had contact with was very kind and helpful. This store seemed a little pricier than other kohl's but they still had pretty good deals. There was plenty of parking and short lines. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Bought two chairs online. The chairs arrived within a few days. I put the first one together, when I opened the 2nd box, the chair was damaged. I had purchased the chairs at a special price($115 for the pair, because I had Kohl's cash to redeem) for the pair. I went to return the damaged one and this location said I would have to return both chairs. I asked them why they could not just order me one chair for an even exchange but for some reason this is not possible. I was told I would have to order another one and then could return the two. The chair is currently only being sold as one($169 per chair), not a pair??? So I would have to endure the charge on my credit card and then would have to bring two chairs in to return, and then my credit card would be refunded. Again, this makes no sense, I would not receive my original pricing because wouldn't the new packing slip have the higher price? How would I get refunded the $169? If this is Kohl's return policy, it makes no sense. I would love to hear Kohl's explanation of this policy because as of right now I am totally confused and disappointed with their service. read more

I have been a loyal Kohl's consumer for many nears, probably near a decade now. But for whatever reason, when I have the misfortune of having to deal with Charli (a woman) at the customer service desk, I am on the verge of shredding my Kohls charge and completely boycotting. She makes me feel as though I do not belong at the store and sadly the minute I see that she is working at the front desk, I do feel like I am not welcomed at this store. Charli seems very (needlessly) combative and disrespectful. And frankly I have no desire to enter the store when I see her at the front desk. The last time I was there, I was not her only victim; when I entered the line I heard her yelling at an Kohl's employee over the phone, which made for another horrible experience. All other employees are amazing--the elderly ladies are super sweet and the young blonde girl is super friendly and always smiling--so no idea who trained (or didn't train) Charli. If you don't mind driving a little further, make the trip to the Kohls on exit 60--at least there you won't run the risk of having to deal with Charli. read more
