It's a three-level store that feels clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I also appreciated how clean the restroom was, which is always a nice touch during a shopping trip. The overall experience was efficient, and I think it's easy enough for a first-time visitor to find their way around. The men's shoe department employees could have been a bit friendlier, as the service felt somewhat reserved. My biggest disappointment was the selection, especially for sandals, which was noticeably smaller than what I've seen at the Downtown Seattle and Bellevue Nordstrom locations. When I told her my situation, she just said, "Non-shoppers aren't allowed to use our bathrooms." I told her I had just been shopping there, but she just went to her other coworker and wrote a four digit number on a stickie note and gave it to me. In poor English, she told me it was the number for the public restroom down the street. We thought it was an address, but when my husband googled it, nothing came up. So I asked a worker at The Loft if she knew what it was, and she said it was the code to the public restroom. She pointed out where it was, but said I could use their restroom, saying she understood my situation. Her empathy made my day. I will never go into a Chico's again.

After hearing that I was never able to use my credit card for their store because I had not activated the first one I got two years ago, she convinced me to reinstate my card and I was able to get an additional amount off my purchase on merchandise that was already on sale. I was in a wheelchair and my husband pushing me down each aisle. I went looking for a pair of jeans and maybe other things if they caught my eye. The store was extremely well organized and clean. I have recently lost a large amount of weight and did not know which size I was now in clothes. We were greeted by a friendly employee who showed me various bra options and started a room for me. We started the other side of the store. This is where we met a wonderful employee, Danielle, 4630. While we were looking at jeans. She found my sizes and a couple more in different sizes to try for a better fit. After putting them in a changing room, she came back and asked if she could show me another pair that is her favorite to wear and I might like them too. I loved them and purchased two pair and two sweaters. I have never had better service! Danielle made me feel like I was shopping at a boutique. She looked online for another color in a sweater I liked. Checked in with me in the dressing room and made me feel at ease to ask her questions. When it was time to check out my husband reminded her of the sweater we wanted that needed to be ordered and she smiled and said , yes she had already added it to our purchase. She explained the benefits of a Lane Bryant account including returning items that I purchased online to their store or free returns with no shipping charges. This store is a good 45 minutes to 1 hour from our home. I will not hesitate to drive there again not only for their selection but the outstanding shopping experience with Danielle!
