This store is horrible Tried to return an item-all tags attached but no receipt. Tag clearly shows Kohl's name. They were Lee jeans-an item sold in Kohl's stores in the past & currently. For some odd reason they could not find the item in their computer-so no refund for me. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU RECEIVE A GIFT FROM SOMEONE WHO SHOPPED AT KOHL'S. The employees here are the rudest bunch of bullies I have ever experienced in my thirty seven years on this earth. They will personally ruin your day if you come in for a return. I was treated terribly! Denise begrudgingly did her job and did not even say I was done after an hour of barely being helped. We stood there awkwardly until I had to ask am I all set - forget about being told have a nice day. Then I got an employee next to her "Donna" making comments about me then giving me the most evil stare on my way out. Stay away from this business and especially this location! I was given a survey on a receipt for me to fill out after going to Sephora at this Kohls. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt so I couldn't leave my review. But I did want to say that my experience was exceptional. I was just browsing through make up as I never really buy makeup products unless they're from a drugstore. Gina helped me and actually went above and beyond. Seriously such a nice individual. She gave me tips, matched my skin tone (which I've never gotten correct before), and helped me purchase other products. I couldn't help myself and went back today to make some other purchases. I have never been to this Davis Visionworks store before, but because it is adjacent to where my mother resides I called them first. My problem was I needed an emergency replacement of my mothers eyeglasses. One of the assistants, Donna, said "come in and will take care of you". The manager/licensed optician, Michael Vitale, absolutely provided me with the best of service and the best solution under the circumstances. The fact that he could come up with a solution on short notice is so impressive and he truly did provide without question the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend this store and this manager, it not only made my day but it restored my mother's vision and she loves her new glasses! read more

Dropped in here today to pick up a few things and immediately noticed how bright, clean, and organized this place is. Even the dressing rooms were pretty clean and free of clutter today. Shoes can be a little bit of a battle field in the clearance but it's all there! Jewelry has a huge selection and there's always someone at the counter to help. My husband and I are long time MV Customers at Kohls and like supporting our local businesses. We realize that the store is trying to accommodate customers who buy on line during this pandemic, however, there are not a lot of handicapped parking spots to begin with, and now people who are handicapped must park further and further away from the store. because spots are reserved for on line customers and outstanding employees. Why are there parking spots reserved for outstanding employees? There have been many times when the employee spot is empty while the handicapped shoppers have to park a distance. Isn't there another way to reward good employees, such as a bonus or some other perk? The kiosks are terrible. I can't remember ever using them that we don't run into a problem. The sales associates who answer the call for customer assistance are always polite and helpful. Most of the time even they have a problem but usually know their way around the system to get the desired results. The store and restrooms are always relatively clean, however, the stocking of items is erratic. Sometimes stock is neat and well stocked; other times not so much. The pocket book/wallet area is getting smaller and smaller while the perfume and other such items is expanding. Prices are high and there are no trained personnel to help with this type of purchase. It would be nice if you could figure some way to safely open fitting rooms. Other stores have done it. It is harder for the customers to try things on at home and have to go back and forth to exchange items. It can't be cost efficient either. We hope this review helps. One of the worst places to shop. Only time that is good is at the end of the season to look for deals. Had to do some exchanges from Xmas. It is one big head ack. Went in and was told to find what u wanted to exchange for. Get back to the cashier for them to tell me they can't exchange one shirt for another. Walked all the way in the back to cs for them to give me $3. Had another shirt they would exchange out but she exchanged for the wrong shirt. At that point I just needed to get out of that place. OK, so its a Kohl's. You know the drill, everything has an overpriced tag on it, but everything's on sale. Best time to buy something is at the end of the season when everything is 50-110% off. What separates this Kohl's from others is the excessively long lines. You know to expect a million questions by the cashier when you finally get to the register after waiting 20 minutes on line, but do the cashiers have to move at half speed too? You know, its the usual questions: Will you be using your Kohls card today? Would you like to sign up for a Kolhs card? Do you want the hangar? I ususually try to out smart them by having pre determined answers at hand: No, no and no (pretty impressive, eh?). Having these pre planned answers makes the line go faster. To cut down the length of the lines, they need more cashiers who are focused on not wasting the customer's time. Ring em up and get em out the door. What would also help is pulling a few of the stock people who stand around complaining and put them on the register to actually earn their pay. There is so much stuff in that store that they just need to put out less stuff and focus on pushing the stuff out the door. The thought of having to wait on the lines is a deterant to shopping there. If you do go to shop there, wait for the moment that the store opens, so your guaranteed to be the first to wait on line while the cashier wakes up. Sylvester knows best! read more

Came here day before Christmas Eve...had to do some last minute shopping because originally what SJ ordered online didn't arrive on time...therefore I was desparate and needed to find a store to shop at. One of my derby friend mentioned Khols bring own 24hours and I'm like hell yeah I am going there after practice...well after practice I went to Miller's and than end up at Khols. Didn't get home until like 2ish smelling like sweat from practice. On a good note, there was a lot of great deals and I end up finding a nice fila workout pants that I absolutely love now. Definitely need to go back for some more. read more

Very poor customer service here!! I like other Kohl's locations but they need some training or something to fix this location. I was on line to check out with my friend behind quite a few people and my friend was before me. A guy helped her at the register and the woman behind him at the next register shouted something loudly towards myself and the other customers in line. I had trouble hearing and she told me she shouted it was the returns and exchanges line and anyone purchasing anything needed to go to the other end of the store. Meanwhile the guy cashier told my friend the same thing but said since she waited on the long line he felt bad and rang her up anyway. there was no clear sign indicating it was a return and exchange counter! By the time I got to the other registers there were too many people so I put my items back and left. I tried Walmart down the block next and found what I had at Kohl's for $28 less anyway. read more

I usually do all my shopping at Kohl's, but today they pissed me off! My sister's wedding got cancelled so I need a dress instead of gown that I have. for 20 people in restaurant. So know dressing rooms so I was trying on dresses over my clothes, and this girl that worked there went and got manager to come tell me I'm not allowed to do that i have to buy and if don't fit return. Horrible! Everything going on right now you should be happy we are shopping I'm stuck I can't buy 5 dresses and then return right now. Honestly I'm so disgusted I'm ready to cut that credit card up. Horrendous, management is oblivious. Waited 38 minutes to buy two items and return one. There were two cashiers working Saturday afternoon for a line of 25 customers. Store managers stood behind the line carrying on in conversation about their weekends. They finally added an additional cashier at which point I was told I had to go to customer service, and the line wasn't too bad. The line was 15 patrons and one cashier, approximately 20 mins now. The same "manager" and employee strolled by oblivious to the frustration of the customers. Also watched as an irate homeless woman spewed clothes at the customer service folks. In the end- never again. Management has to understand no one wants to wait an hour to spend their money. If it weren't for the exchange I would have walked out. Amazon could have delivered before I got out of there. read more

One of the worst store experience's I've had! Woman sales associate in the back for returns was extremely rude to the point I will literally never shop at Kohls again. She never finished returning the items, she seemed overwhelmed and walked away, then came back and started ringing someone else at a different register. I had to go back for the 3rd time this month for a new size of jeans for my 8yr old son who just experienced a growth spurt and put on some pandemic weight. I returned first size bought from internet, and bought next size up from kohls. Had to return those last night for next size up (boys 12 Levis) and since the fitting rooms are closed, I had no choice but to quickly and quietly find an empty part of the store to check the size by putting them over my young son's boxer briefs, briefly. Well, the nastiest, rudest "manager" snapped at me that "you can't try on clothes here", and by that time I had been done and on my way to the register to buy the 2 pairs of Levi's size 12. What I wanted to say was, "you're fitting rooms are closed and this is the 3rd time I'm back to properly fit my 8yr olds growing body, and what would you prefer me to do..try them on in the parking lot and come back in again when I need a different size?" Some perspective, perhaps: I get that u close fitting rooms because u can't clean them, but what is the real harm occurring here if I simply slip them over his boxers briefs that cover more than a bathing suit, when he's being blocked by two adult parents? Why does a manager have to be so rude and use no discretion as to a parent's dilemma with regard to no fitting rooms? Aren't there bigger problems in the world right now than making sure a pair or Levi's fits correctly in an empty store an hour before closing? I was already there to exchange the last pair of pants that didn't fit him but had to choose a different brand and cut because they were not fitting his newfound pandemic weight. Is it really necessary to treat customers with such disdain and disrespect when they're just trying to get thru this ridiculously horrendous new world we all have to deal with? What happened to "we're all in this together?" I guess if you wear a kohls store badge it empowers you to treat people with rudeness, disrespect and overzealousness. I guess we only hold cops accountable when they act like that now. read more

I had an unnerving experience at a Kohls store in Suffolk County with my two children and my wife.present. I paid for jewelry and a clothes. I was about to enter my car when a young lady nearly accosted by a "security personnel" who demanded that I return into the store for questioning. I said, I paid for the merchandise and when I went to go into my pockets to show the receipt, she said do you dare you do that! I was so ashamed and embarrassed with how I was being treated. My purchases were legit, I think I was targeted because I am of latino heritage. I have never stolen anything. The manager came in and when I showed the receipt, oh I am so sorry for this occurance. She was DEAD wrong, I will never shop at Kohls ever , ever again. I will absolutely tell my friends and relatives about this terrible experience. read more

I really love this store. It's so nice to go to a store that avoids the mall traffic. Kohls always runs sales and the staff is really helpful with offering coupons if you don't have one. I would like to see a nicer selection of clothes for petite women, but I always have success here with jeans. The store is well stocked and there is always a fitting room available. My whole family can shop here. The prices seem very reasonable. read more
