I'm always game for Kohl's and their deals! I feel like I can find great clothes for myself and my husband. But sometimes i struggle to find clothes for my baby. Specifically sizes 12 and 18 months. Why is that?? But on my most recent trip I did eventually find what I needed after really searching the clearance rack. It looked overwhelming at first. But when I gave it a chance I realized that it was actually organized quite well! But you do need to be careful - some of the sets are incomplete! Recently I had quite a negative experience with this location. I spent roughly an hour browsing the Women's section, trying on my clothes and then selecting two tops to purchase because the sign specifically stated 'B1G1 50% off'. When I proceeded to the register to pay, a manager rang up my clothes and the items didn't ring up on sale. I showed the woman the sign and she informed me I was mistaken because one side of the sign simply said 'sale' whereas the back of the sign read 'B1G1 50% off'. Apparently only the front of the sign matters. I told the woman I understood, but felt the sign was misleading since it was facing the clothes. I recommended she change the signage and the manager refused to do so. I felt the manager was a little rude, but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt; we've all had bad days. Stopped in here with a friend over the weekend. Even on a fairly busy Saturday afternoon, it didn't feel too crowded. The racks were well organized and the store was pretty clean. We spent most of our time in shoes...not too many boxes out of line. Check out was friendly & fast. As always, combining Kohls' sales (which happen constantly) with coupons (which are easily available if you are a cardmember) leads to huge bargains. My friend got a pair of sneakers for $20. The only oddity I found was that they don't carry hats. Most Kohl's stores have at least a small selection of women's hats. Oh well... read more

Had a great experience today at Kohls in beavercreek oh. Brought my son in for work clothes and it was super busy due to coupon s recently sent out. We went directly to the jrs dept and searched for denim. I noticed an employee folding clothes and then in the dressing room. After a few failures. The employee assisted us in finding several more pair with more failures then finally 2 that fit. She was great! Rosatio, thanks for not giving up on us! Our son is at his new retail job tonight. Still bad. Starting to avoid this place. It's too crowded with merchandise. There like in Adidas items are priced higher than even the night or do you just stores. And your coupons are no longer any good towards the items you really want. More and more they restrict what you can use them on. So my children who are both teenagers now refuse to shop there anymore. Today I went there with my family and my son (5 years old) was pushing our cart and there was a sound came from the cart for a moment and one of the cashier came to him and said loudly with no respect stop pushing the cart you will scratch the floor she ( her name Lucy) did not talk to the parents. I tried to talk to her she was still impolite. she talked to me loudly till one customer talked rudely to me ( because I'm not American and wearing Hijab so I'm Muslim). I waited until this customer left the store and talked again to Lucy. She rudely said it is done and called her manager to come. the manager said sorry and did not do anything. Went there to buy a couple things. The associate that was checking us out asked my fiancée for her rewards card phone number. After she told him he proceeded to ask if he could call her later. Obviously this is extremely unprofessional. I let the associate Darin know how unprofessional he was being and all he did was laugh. Needless to say I will not be shopping at that kohls again especially with employees like that. Disgusted. read more
