Two weeks later while in the same restroom at The True North convenience store, the new belt I had just bought broke right in half at the Buckle. Again I went to the fashion warehouse and they again were inhospitable and wouldn't help me it at all in exchanging the belt. So now I'm stuck holding my pants up as I walk around because I made the mistake of buying a cheap faulty product at a cheap store with inferior products that don't care when they break. The women's selection is on the right and the men's is on the left. The fitting rooms are on the right towards the back. It's kind of small in the fitting room area though and the area in front of the fitting room can probably get crowded if there's a lot of people waiting. Lucky for you there are lots of impulse items there for you to check out like scarves, gloves, and hats. In case you're looking for it, it's right in between Victoria's Secret and Tilly's as well a Pac Sun.

I honestly had no idea how to respond besides "because that is what yall sized me at" Unfortunately this is the only Jos A Bank within an hour drive, so I'll take what I can get. But if you are a manager reading this take note that you need to work on costumer service. This is not the only bad experience. When I was purchasing the suit I had an appointment, now I don't need to be treated like a king but I was disappointed when I came in and asked for my appointment and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was then sent to the back to get measured by a young man who seemed new (no harm in that we all start somewhere). He said to the lady who sent me to him "I don't know how to do the pants measurements" she said "it's easy just do it like the other measurments". Yeah needless to say that did not inspire confidence. Sure enough once the suit got to me it was not a good fit. Please train your staff until they are ready to work on their own. While vintage clothing can only be as size inclusive as clothing makers were in the past, Clash has a plus size section and is clearly invested in trying to include people of all sizes as potential customers, which is very refreshing. I took several of my friends with me after brunch, and one of my friends found a plus size dress that she LOVES and I was so happy. Clash does also have beautiful accessories, home items, bags, shoes, etc. and changing rooms so that you can try anything on before buying.
