I can't speak for everyone who works here or even the store is a at this specific management seems to be . I shop here every once in a while because I work in the same parking lot and I have noticed on more than one occasion the management being very discriminatory and judgmental towards customers in the parking lot. I love mainly because I can get department store stuff but also go . But even though I work literally yards away, I refuse to give my business to this knowing that they have no compassion for people other than people just like them. read more

Have not been in for years. Came in today to look for clothes for my daughter for back to school. They have combined with sephora. so now its kohls-sephora. We only looked at womens clothes. There was a lot of choices in clearance. Unfortunately we found most of the choices to be rather ugly...... Also no pants for people who are not standard sizes. My daughter is a size 2 They only had larger sizes so no real clothes for all sizes of people. It will probably be some years before i go back again. But you never know. read more

Ever think you could use a machete trying to navigate a clothing store? Never mind that most of their men's styles are pretty lame, the store was a disaster when I visited! In the middle part of the store, I honestly couldn't tell what was supposed to go where, except that there was a pants section and there was a shirts section. Everything was just thrown about without being folded or organized. It was actually pretty funny. When I finally found a pair of Levis I wanted, they were $25 more than the last pair of the same style that I bought. But wait! I could buy 1 get 1 half off! They obviously just charge you more for not buying two of the same pair of pants. Only once while I was in the store did I encounter staff other than a cashier. At one point, I saw a frazzled manager ask an elderly couple if they needed help finding something. It took everything in me to not shout "good luck" from across the aisle. read more

My wife and I were in your store Monday to look at sunglasses for her. There wasn't a store assistant in the area. On top of a case that housed high end glasses was a sign with a qr code that was intended to alert store staff that someone was asking for assistance. My wife scanned the code and gave her name and the location where shewas as instructed. A short time later an individual with a lanyard with a badge attached walked slowly into the area but went behind a floor case some distance away and appeared to be on her cell phone. She paced about, remaining behind the case and acted as if she didn't see us. I stared at her continually and she did look over in our direction but refused to engage with us. We were clearly at the sunglass case, patiently waiting for her to come over. About 10 minutes went by, we thought maybe she wasn't an employee and gave plenty of time for someone else to show up but she neither acknowledged us nor left the area and no one else came so we left. I noticed that once we left the area the lady also walked away in the opposite direction. What a sorry excuse for customer service. QR code, what a joke! read more

I don't do a whole lot of in-person shopping anymore. 1st, I don't believe in shopping as a recreational activity. 2nd, my fellow primates seem to enjoy (even in pre-COVID days) dragging their illnesses to the brick and mortars to give to unsuspecting patrons. 3rd, I don't like finding out that a chain or a shop carries an item I need, but when I visit it is sold out/discontinued/doubled in price. I recently did a lengthy search for a particular shoe I needed and Kohls said they had it. So I bought it. Got confirmation that I bought it. Also got another confirmation (20 minutes later) that I had NOT bought it enough and that it had somehow been snatched away. (My Kohls cash would remain intact though). So I'll end up going to Amazon, who has the item and will actually sell it to me. Kohl's - you're on the same cul-de-sac as KMart, Sears, Montgomery Ward, etc. I feel for your employees who are stuck in the vestiges of 20th century shopping but hey - Amazon is hiring. The Kohl's store in Fort Collins has really declined. On the day before Easter they had two cashiers and a line that ran from the checkout area around the west side of the store. The management has closed the east bank of registers, apparently forever, and I waited in line for 20 minutes to check out as employees and the manager walked by and acted as if nothing could be done to assist customers. It's a maddening store to shop at. I will seek other stores that want customers. Covid can't be blamed for stupidity. read more

I feel scammed. The place is a mess. Too many employees, and they're not too bright. Terrible customer service. Returns are a nightmare.

I love Kohl's and this is a great location. They have a pretty good selection in all departments and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Kohl's is my go-to spot for work uniforms, cute outfits, cheap jewelry, kitchen and bathroom stuff, and shoes. The deals that you can get with a kohls charge card can't be beat. read more

We had an online coupon for 15% off that they refused to take and said they were already instructed that morning that online kohls coupons would not be honored by their manager that morning. Okay, time for me to fess-up to shopping at Kohl's, and liking it. In fact, I'd have to say that Kohl's is becoming my go-to spot for basics (think jeans, shorts, etc.) and for work wear. Just recently I was looking for casual summer clothes, and the other stores I went to first (because they were closer and on the way to Kohl's) seemed to only have sizes 0-2 or 14-16 for the things I liked ... nothing in the "average" range. Not so at Kohl's ... every style of shorts or capris on the racks had a full range of sizes to try on. For work wear I've had especially good luck with the Dana Buchman collection, and occasionally Vera Wang. While normal prices are pretty moderate, if you are one to dig through racks you can get some amazing deals on clearance as well. Then there's the whole Kohl's cash thing ... it's hard not to go back. read more

Attempted to do some Christmas shopping here. Received an e-gift card with the Kohls receipt, and the Kohls email it came in. Well I tried to use it today and was told it was invalid. That they DONT do e-gift cards and accused me of trying to "pull a fast one" I even pointed out a customer in the next line who was paying with a email printed Kohls e-gift card just like mine! I asked if someone else could try or if maybe it was done wrong. The lady tossed the paper at me and said "so how are you going to pay". I left my few hundred dollars of items there and I walked off. So, what a shitty store! I stood in line for more than a hour and half at this store to buy an xbox! The only reason I stood in line was the Kohl's cash back! I was one of the first person's to get to the register and it broke! I had to wait in line for more then 20+ mins to get a recipet and my Kohl's cash! Now they will not honor the Kohl's cash! I was asked to pick up a few items here for someone while I was in Fort Collins. Very clean and a well stocked store for being after Christmas. Found what I was looking for pretty quickly and the checkout lines were well staffed. The cashier was courteous and friendly which was nice to see. After wasting time with the first cashier we were directed to where we were actually supposed to actually return/exchange our items a gentleman was much friendlier and helpful. Very frustrating shopping trip yesterday at Kohls in Fort Collins , Colorado. First I wanted to pick up a pair of shoes for my Granddaughter. I had a question and there was no one in the shoe department. I even shouted in the store room hoping to get help. The shoe department was quite busy and one of the other customers said ' good luck trying to find someone. I just gave up on that and went on to do some Mothers Day shopping. After spending an hour picking out bra's and nightgowns I was told I couldn't use a coupon ($10 off $50). There were no exclusions on the coupon for intimate apparel. I left very frustrated and with only a few of the items I planned to buy. The cashier was very nice and had told me she had to tell people all day that they could not use the coupon for women's bras, so I am sure I was not the only frustrated customer. I asked the customer service desk to explain ,but they could have cared less. I used to love Kohls, but things are going downhill. read more
