I rarely shop here because the selection is just never great but I'm definitely not shopping here now after I visited today and the cashier wouldn't stop harassing me about getting a Kohl's credit card and proceeded to treat me horribly because I wouldn't sign up for one. I was being very polite to her the first three times she asked because I understand they have to try to sell the rewards program but after the fourth time of telling her I did not want one she continued to make snarky remarks and question why I didn't want to sign up. I am surprised at the bad reviews about this Kohls!! It is the best one I have ever been to! Who would have known I would have to go to Fuquay :) I think Kohls are notorious for being soooo messy. But this one is great. It would be nice if they would routinely check the kids carts to make sure they are clean and straps work. I always find amazing deals and nice employees. read more

I come here a lot because I love kohl's and I just happen to be in Fuquay varina a lot. They have lots in the clothing and shoes department but I wish they had more home decor here. They have like 5 different shower curtain designs and limited other things unless your looking for something for your kitchen. read more

I shopped here on a Thursday afternoon with one other person. These are my thoughts a observations. -They have a large variety of shorts available for sale. -The displays are well organized, so finding what you want is easy. -There's a woman working it the lingerie section that was extremely helpful when shopping for new bras. -This particular employee did bra sizing. -The cashier was meh. Overall, this is the better Khol's in the area. It's clean and certain employees can be helpful. This is my first choice for clothing shopping. read more

No, it's not the mall ladies, but now that top designers are beginning to create less expensive lines for those of us who are not Oprah, Kohl's selection has gotten better. This place grinds my gears. For starters you can't find a cart that has a stroller for children that doesn't have broken and mangled straps...if you are lucky to find one at all it has screeching wheels because the managers of this store don't take care of there equipment. Also how on earth does it make since that you can't exchange a $60 item for a $59.99 item. It's cheaper.....I don't care if your "store policy" says not to do it, you figure a way to make it happen. This is bar-none the worst Kohl's I've ever shopped in. The men's department always looks like a bomb went off in it. Clothes all over the floor and thrown on top of racks. Nothing in the right place. Pricing for the clearance racks is a disaster. The whole place is a disaster! And no one to help. I submitted my concerns via Kohls.com and all I got back was a form letter. The management here clearly has no concern for the cleanliness, neatness, and order of things. read more

Your typical Kohl's but a couple of things weren't up to par with other area Kohl's. When we got there (a Saturday afternoon) there were no carts. Not just no carts with a kid seat but no carts period. So I walked down to the other entrance. After not seeing any at that entrance either my mom spotted a double stroller/cart someone had left behind in the junior's dept. That thing was huge & impossible to turn on those narrow little clothing aisles but it was better than carrying around a 25 pound tot while shopping. After running into rack after rack of clothing, we spotted a cart w/ a single kids seat that appeared to be abandoned. Score! I quickly transferred little one into the new cart before someone else claimed it and we took off. Or tried to. The freakin' thing would only go for a second at a time before coming to a screeching halt and almost giving my child whiplash. Needless to say, I turned around, and reclaimed the 18 wheeler/double stroller/cart. My other complaint is that they're out of so many sizes with so many of their new items. I found several cute tops & dresses but the sizes were so picked through, I ended up with none of them, even though mama was willing to pay. Sad day at Kohl's indeed. :( read more

They have a decent selection of items compared to other Kohl's that I've been to, and the associates are very nice and helpful for the most part. What I love most about Kohl's is their sales. They send out fantastic coupons and always have great deals in every department. Sign up for a Kohl's charge card and they'll send coupons pretty often, sometimes even 30% off coupons which is awesome. The store is pretty clean and organized. Basically, I always leave there a happy customer. I'd give 5 stars if they had a better selection at this location. read more

I do quite a bit of shopping and Kohls and I was very happy when they put a Kohls in Fuquay Varina. Having been to most of them in the area, I can honestly say this is the neatest, cleanest, friendliest one I have been in. The staff are always helpful and the merchandise is always nicely organized. Went to Kohl's this morning with my wife and when we were going to check out there was only one cashier about 6 people in front of us as we waited in line the cashier was calling for help at least four different times she handled herself very well during this stressful time as we finally got to check out which was about at least 15 minutes waiting the line behind grew to about maybe 10 people still no help. This is on a Saturday which one I assume probably the busiest day of the week I don't know how many people have that much time to wait in line I know I don't I won't find myself rushing back there anytime soon read more

I think Kohls quality on there clothes are pretty bad. Who cares if you get get sales 15-30% off if they are not going to last? I can't even go through a whole season without things ripping, or tearing. I want to build my warerobe, not have to replace them. My shirts have tiny hole on them after ony a few washes, and I have had my daughters zipper come of several coats! Very fustrating. So much for passing them down to the next child. read more

When I was shopping, everything seemed pleasant. Sales were all marked on the electronic signs etc. Kohl's seems to be one of those businesses that marks everything high and then pushes sales and incentives continually (appearance of inflated value). However, it breaks down if sales aren't ringing up right and customers feel like they have to watch every little detail to not be taken advantage of. In my experience, the sales didn't all ring up, and then I was sold on a CC so I could receive 25% additional off (another way of "discounting" their "premium brands"). Either way, not a good experience online as their CC site is clumsy at best, so it is a mere inconvenience to have to pay separately from all your other bills. In the end, I think I'll stick with somewhere I can simply pay for stuff I want when I want it and not be pressured into buying what's on sale with a store CC to make it worth it. read more
