Time and time again I visit and I'm pleased with my experience. The most recent visit I fell for the baggy wide leg jeans and Lucy was so kind to hunt down my size and assist me with my shopping experience. I appreciate the kindness and the customer service at this location. It never fails. The staff here are truly a team and always willing to lend a hand and make suggestions. Passed by express shop and went in to look for good tshirts .. They have a good collection but it was slightly expensive . I haven't shopped at Express since 2008. There have been so many changes in how the clothing is manufactured that it no longer benefited me to visit. I finally visited yesterday while shopping for a blouse for my birthday. They advertised an online sale but with the variation of their sizing, I really needed to visit and try on clothing. My body has changed over the last decade and I need clothing that is trendy, functional and comfortable. Nicole was very helpful from the moment I arrived. She helped with finding sales items and using my app. Houston stepped into help me with sizing and finding styles I desire. I purchased a body suit that is very comfortable and can be paired with pants and skirts. I used my insider $10 discount and saved on top of the weekly sale. A nice gentleman helped me at checkout. This particular Express location is located in Crabtree Valley mall. This mall stays busy and has a large amount of parking around the mall. Express sells quality clothes for men and woman such as dresses, pants, shirts, etc; shoes, purses and accessories. They also send out coupons through email and the mail. They frequently have sales. Express also has a rewards program and gives you express cash for your birthday. You can also order items online and pick them up in the store if they are available. During this particular visit there were several employees in the store in the floor area but only one employee working the front counter so there was a little wait to check out. read more

Employees have always been helpful. The store racks of discounted items are tight and very hard to look through, so I wish they'd add more racks when there's a lot of clothes. They should also if possible add more short or petite pants. You may find short and petite clothing online or order from store with free delivery. Express is a great place to shop during sales -- decent quality at a great price. Express will frequently mail you coupons as well as e-mail you sales, which has saved me a ton of money. I would never buy the clothes at full retail price as I don't think the quality is worth that much, but I jump on their sales at least three times a year. Previously I have used the physical location to try on the clothes and buy online, as they have better prices online...however, recently I went to buy a suit and they honored the online sale price. Don't quote me on this, but I believe they are beginning to match from their online store -- maybe I was lucky. I love the modern/slim fits of their clothes, which I don't even need tailored for the most part (I did get the suit tailored but it was a suit after all). The associates working there are always glad to help out -- not only with finding the right size you're looking for, but to offer suggestions on pairing and matching (this is definitely helpful as I am basically colorblind when it comes to picking out outfits as I'm sure most men are). They also know a lot about their products (for example, the 1MX shirts and the differences between the 'extra slim', 'fitted', and 'modern' fits -- some are shorter in the arms and slimmer in the waist). The checkout was speedy and they even included a nice protective sleeve cover over my suit jacket/pants. I just started shopping here on a regular basis again about 2 years ago. I can't think of a time when I've walked in the Crabtree store and haven't been greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything. If you know that mall then you know it's pretty busy. I can appreciate good customer service anywhere I'm spending my money. You also earn express bucks when you shop and I had no idea. When I finally paid attention to the email reminders to use them I was shocked that I had $35 to use. This was like an actual credit that I could put towards any purchase including sale items. My girlfriend normally coaxes me to come here every time she has an Express coupon. The store is always clean, but service is always a hit or miss. Sometimes we have someone excessively asking how we are doing, and sometimes we have to hunt someone down to open the fitting room. It's a great place for women to shop, and I like that Express has a side for women and men so that I'm not wandering around bored looking at high heels and yoga pants while she's here. They have nice socks for men. And an array of formal bright colored clothing for men. I'd recommend signing up for their email list so you can take advantage of the coupons, or check them out in Retailmenot to get a coupon code. read more

I am honestly very disappointed with this company. First off, I bought a bag and the next day the strap ripped. I paid $50 for it and had to return it instantly. Don't charge your customers $50 for a low quality product that won't even last a day. Secondly, when I went back to return it, the person who was helping me left the register while I went to grab my card.... so I had to explain myself again to another associate. Lastly, it's been more than a week and the returned product is still charged to my credit card. I will never buy anything from Express again. read more
