They have shoes for the entire family in brands like Adias, Nike, and Vans. I Iove the Yankee candles. The prices are incredible and to top it all off you can use coupons and earn Kohls cash. I love that Kohl's now accepts Amazon returns. Not only that, you get a 25% off coupon every time you return something. I have purchased a few items that I wouldn't have, but for those coupons. Luckily, I got great deals on them. The Kohl's in Winston-Salem and in Kernersville both have very friendly staff and the stores are always clean and follow COVID-19 protocols. Previously, I wasn't a Kohl's shopper, however now I have switched to returning my Amazon items to Kohl's just to see what else I can buy with my little 25% off coupon. They have some really quality products at great prices. If you find yourself in need of an Amazon return, or just looking for somewhere to spend a few bucks, I recommend Kohl's. Not impressed with the selection of clothing at Kohl's anymore- used to be a lot more trendy and now it is pretty conservative- all "work" type clothes. I DO love looking at their clearance jewelry section- I always find some shiny new things dirt cheap. I also like their "home" section but the clothes just don't do it for me anymore. read more

I just left out this store after purchasing a pair of adidas pants, first of all there's no customer service within the store and if you get any they are short and nasty with you . I tried to tell the sales rep that the sign strictly had price was $50 now $32.99 she wanted to debate me I was in correct. Now remind you the store manager is standing there doing close out the entire time , not once did he look u at me to try and fix the problem NOTHING. I even had the young lady who rang me up to come ove there and look to see if I I was wrong and she said no your not . Still no response from Mr Manager. Their shipping is the absolute worse. I ordered something, and 2 weeks later it is still 'Awaiting carrier pickup'. Kohls says its UPS, UPS says it's Kohls. Now, another one of my order says the same thing, and one has been in fulfillment for a week. I've spent HUNDREDS at their OVERPRICED store and shipping should not be this big of an issue. I love Kohl's. Starting with the exceptional products and sales, to the outstanding customer service they provide. They have an excellent return policy and always have amazing sales and awesome coupons. They can be a bit pricey on certain items, but, I've noticed the difference and I rather pay the higher cost. I love that you can go into the store and go to the kiosk they have and order your items there and if they normally wouldn't be free shipping by ordering them through the kiosk the shipping to your place is now free. I have so much more to say about Kohl's but I'll end it here, I'm grateful I was introduced to Kohl's years ago (even though I never went), because now it is basically the only place I shop for any and everything. read more

I ordered something from Kohl's for which I paid about 20 something. Bad fit. Can't exchange since store doesn't carry product so I go to the store to return. They were going to credit account for only 2 dollars and change!! They said something about the fact I used Kohl's cash. Keep in mind I also ordered a variety of other things as well as this product, well above and beyond the value of the Kohl's cash. I chose to keep the ill-fitting item and donate it to the Goodwill before I return 20 something worth of product, get 2 dollars and no product to show for it. Kohl's lost this longtime customer. A loyal customer for many years, today may been my worst customers service experienced,after learning about 24 hour hold items that you can avail , since I would like to use my percent discount the next day. My items were not hold after all , the next day first thing in the morning. all items are missing and what is disappointing is the staff service being rude and not sincerely sorry for not keeping the items .. I was telling her that it's only been a few hours that I have been in the store but she keeps saying " that's not the point " she didn't even try to make me feel okay about the situation.. I have to leave her and talk to someone else and of course, I find the other staff to be more helpful in letting me recover my items. My point is , I am customer and should be treated nicely about the situation. read more

I'm the first to admit that I don't like to shop, but when I give in and go shopping with my wife I do like to have a store associate available to assist us when necessary. We were in the shoe department for 15-20 minutes and there wasn't an associate anywhere. We finally just gave up and took our business elsewhere. It seems like this Kohl's has cut back on personnel, probably because more and more people now shop online. If they don't start providing better customer service onsite, they may end up having to close some of the brick & mortar stores just like Sears, K-Mart and Toys'R Us. read more

I haven't been in a while, until tonight. I usually wear Lee pants/jeans because they fit me better and have always had long lengths (even though their long/tall measurements these days, has somehow become shorter), and they barely had any in long. I found 2 pairs of black in my size, in long (on the back wall, because all of the pants/Jean's elsewhere, are in such disarray that anyone would be there all day looking). I'd prefer some choices in colors and styles in the store. I found several pants that I would have bought if they were in long length. They saved me a lot of money. None of the women's clothing or coats have long enough arms, and by today's standards and the fact that I've shrunk, I'm not tall at all). Needless to say, I wear a lot of men's clothing because it's easier to find tall. Well, I didn't find even one turtleneck, and the other tall shirts, much like the women's, are more dressy. Does everyone dress professional every day now, because that's all they seem to have. The clothes are thinner material, cheap material, sloppy looking shirts without defined shape, except some of the chaps, and sizes look smaller and are not true. It's a waste of my time to keep trying to shop here, but it's local. Instead of more mattress stores, Kernersville could use some clothing stores. I've been told by employees that I can always order online or at their kiosk, but I'm not an abnormal shape or size, there are many taller people today and all sizes and colors in those sizes, should be available in the store. I looked online and there is soo much that it's overwhelming, and with abnormalities in sizing and fit, I'm refuse to buy anything without first trying it on, and I shouldn't have to. read more
