I have been shopping at Old Navy off and on for years and overall this is my favorite location. It is not as large as the one at Friendly Shopping Center, but it always has a great selection. I also find it to not be as crowded and even though there are fewer registers I hardly ever have to wait. Any time I have needed help the staff has been helpful and friendly. As far as the clothing I really like their jeans selection and variety of tops. Their options for work pants is always good too. Overall for the price I think it's a great value and will continue to shop there. read more

We at least purchase our July 4th T-Shirts almost every year! Love them. Have missed only a couple of years since 2005. They are a great value! When I went this year I noticed they had plus sized clothing for women. That was a surprise. I got a great deal on some Linen pants I'd been looking for. Excited to see what else this store can offer me. read more

Old Navy has tried to clean up their stores, but it is disorganized. Frankly the prices for clothing is a hit or miss. Clearance items have styles that are similar to new arrivals however the "clearance" price is nearly the same price as items that are newly stocked. The dressing room had a line the entire time with an attendant, yet the room I got still had a pile of clothing from the previous customer. Once you decide on a few options and are ready to pay be prepared to wait and wait again. A line for the dressing room and line to take your money. I purchased items for my daughters but I will not return. read more

Over the last few years I have always been able to find jeans at Old Navy that fit my build. (I'm 5'9 and 110 lbs) recently their sizing has become weird. I'm this photo I'm trying on a 0 and used to be able to wear a 2-4 and haven't lost any weight since. Frustrating that they don't carry anything under a size 0 in store and are always out of stock online. Tried going to the children's department, but those jeans were way too short. Their sale is only today and I couldn't get the jeans. Left disappointed but it's definitely due to their manufacturing team and delivery trucks and not this location. read more

I haven't been to Old Navy in awhile. The need for some jeans for work and their 50% off sale brought us in. Since my last visit, the store has shrunk quite a bit due to a remodel and a portion of the store being walled off so they could open a Rainbow store. The fresh new look is neat but there are some downfalls. What used to be a big airy store with lots of room to move has now become a densely packed store like the clothing stores at the mall. In addition to fitting the same amount of stuff in a smaller footprint, they reduced the number of registers, but thankfully they were all staffed and the line move fairly quickly. A Saturday afternoon is definitely not the time to be there if you don't like crowds. There was a line for the fitting rooms and no less than a dozen people in the checkout line the whole time we were there. The staff was all friendly and helpful. We did snag some good deals, and its our own fault we went during the busy time. read more

I've gone to this location a total of probably 10 times, so this is an average of all my experiences there. It's usually hit or miss with the people who are on the floor. They've been very nice, to basically ignoring me. The people at the registers are always nice. There usually isn't anyone at the dressing room. If I need a room, I normally just walk in. I feel like that's kinda bad for security purposes. Sometimes the store looks like a tornado just rampaged through, and other times its relatively clean. I normally don't leave the store without purchasing something though. read more

At some point, we as consumers need to come together and suggest to retailers that pushing a credit card is not wise when the cashier is working alone and the line of customers is 9 people deep, including the person writing the review. I stood in line (first person in the line, mind you) for 21 minutes and 18 seconds while the customer in front of me went and retrieved additional items and the sales person explained all of the perks of getting the Old Navy card. Several other associates saw the line getting backed up but were too busy filling online orders to assist her. Usually I can be reasonable and say "maybe they do not know how to ring on the register" but one of the associates was working the register when I came in the door. When it was finally my turn at the register, they literally wanted to make me jump thru hoops to get my online order although I had never received an email that it had been filled. I come to this location because it always seem to carry more selections than other stores in the area and it is conveniently located but I may have to frequent the Friendly Center location more. read more

Just awful customer service. I went yesterday to purchase some clothes with my family. We had $40 in supercash to use and needed to spend $100 pre-tax to use the 40 supercash. We calculated the amount and brought everything to the counter. One of the items was not marked correctly and ended up taking our total to much above $100. We did not notice this the first time around and in the car we noticed it. So I went back and asked about the item. The lady at the desk was very rude and aggressive and pretty much made me feel small and stupid for asking to clarify this amount. She kept challenging me to go to the back of the store with her and look at the correct price of the dress. Even the other sales people at the counter were just looking and not offering to help. I got so frustrated at her attitude that I just returned the item and lost some of the supercash on it. The situation could have been handled much better with a bit of understanding. They could have nicely explained things, but no they chose to be very mean. I am never going back. read more
