Stopped in briefly to the Kohl's in the loop to have my ink tag removed from the sweater that I ordered online. I don't know why everybody has to hate on Kohl's, but I really like Kohl's. They run amazing sales during the holidays, especially for their pants, which are normally 2999. I ordered a pair online for about $16 per pair. I also got a lilac sweater online and I had to bring it in because they left the ink tag on the sweater. The sweater I got was eight dollars and 99 originally it was a $30 sweater last but not least. I also really like their selection of Sephora products on the Sephora is a little bit smaller and the cove superstore, however, they still have really good deals and really good prices. Another Kohl's Win -- This Time in Kissimmee! Had a great, productive Saturday that ended with a trip to The Loop in Kissimmee -- and of course, a stop at Kohl's! This isn't our usual location (we're usually at the Clermont one), but we love the area. It's definitely a bit busier because of where it's located, but that's usually a sign they've got great stock -- and today proved it! We came in looking for some bathroom items for our son and a few seasonal pieces to decorate for fall and Christmas, and left feeling like we'd practically robbed the place (in the best way). The clearance sections were amazing -- especially for kids' clothes -- and between the Kohl's Card and Kohl's Cash, the savings were huge. This store is always clean, organized, and has friendly staff even when it's busy. Kohl's continues to be one of our go-to spots, and this visit reminded us why. read more

I went in with the anticipation of returning a few items and doing some quick shopping. I knocked off one start because in the early afternoon the line to check out stretched almost to the return desk. There were not enough employees running registers, so I opted to do what I typically do and decided to shop online instead. The return itself only took a few minutes. The customer service employees were busy trying to get through their own line as quickly as possible. The definition of an AOK location. They have everything one would expect from this chain and when you walk in you'll have that normal feeling that you always do when you walk in these kind of stores. The biggest thing here is that there isn't really anything that sticks out. They have everything from clothing to kitchenware. You're sure to find something that strikes your interest. When we were there there really wasn't anything but I wanted to take home. they didn't really feel like they had any outstanding deals that convinced me to buy anyting. they also have their own store credit card and you'll definitely be asked to sign up for it if you don't have one already at the register. The parking lot is huge and if you came to this location just to come here is it a park and get in and out as this location is off to the side kind of separate from everything else. Overall: B- Definitely everything you've come to expect from this chain store, the only thing is that nothing really stands out in my memory to make me feel like this was above and beyond. I was happy with the huge selection of clothing here but found it somewhat disorganized and difficult to navigate. The sale section is tucked in a corner behind two walls and since it only had small signage, it took me two loops around the store to find. The clearance clothing are a pain to sift through because it's not organized in any way whatsoever. The store is somewhat organized by brands, so there are sweaters, jeans, basics, and t-shirts in multiple parts of the store, so if you're looking for a particular kind of clothing, you'll have to look around. I think prices are fair, and overall, you get what you pay for. I left with a cute, warm sweater ($10 with a Black Friday deal) that I see myself wearing often in the winter. The staff were nice and I was greeted warmly by at least 2 staff members during my visit. The wait times for check-out fluctuates, but it took me less than 5 minutes. read more

We visited the Hunters Creek, FL Kohl's Store on May 26, 2024. The picture below is the sale sign for Under Armour shorts and other items on this rack. My husband chose a $60.00 pair of shorts, and we proceeded to self-checkout. When item was scanned this item came up as $60.00. We called over an Associate manning the self-checkout, explained the issue and he came with us so we could show him the sign. He told us to go back to the register and he'd handle it. However, instead of giving us the sale price, he told us he had to remove the sale sign. We asked him why he removed the sign instead of calling a manager and he could not give us an answer, so we gave him the pair of shorts back. I'm sorry I did not get his name or look for a manager myself, but we were just too disgusted so we just purchased the other items quickly and left. We were really surprised by this treatment, especially after being a patron of Kohl's for many years. When we got home I connected and chatted with an online Customer Service Supervisor. Unfortunately, even after I explained our expedience and told him I could send him the photo below, he could only say to me "I'll take this as feedback and I understand your frustration". For the second time in a day, I was blown away at the response received. As a supervisor, perhaps a better answer would have been "let me forward along your complaint to our corporate office to make them aware of the treatment you received today at one of our stores." read more

I like coming to Kohl's. They carry many of the brands I'm very fond of. Vera Wang (My addiction), J Lo, Gloria Vanderbilt, Juicy, and several more. The quality of clothes, bedroom, bathroom living-room, dining-room, and kitchen items are top notch, and definitely worth the reasonable price tag they put on them. Not that I ever need help navigating the store, but if someone needs to find a product, the sales team knows where everything is, and can direct you with ease. All the team members are wonderful, knowledgeable, nice, and helpful, you couldn't find a better team of associates. The rules they have in place for Covid, has been successfully maintained with the best practices, and most effective out of all the stores I frequent. They keep the door handles clean after each use, they offer sanitizer at the door, touch less paying, distance adherence, and mask are a requirement when entering the building. read more

I really enjoy shopping at Kohl's. They always have great discounts as well as opportunites to save in store as well! I love that they allow you to stack coupons and discounts and get the best deals possible. I also love being able to shop online and then pick up everything instore! My favorite shop is housewares. They always having something I need in the kitch gadgets, whether it's a new knife or a great deal on Kcups, i can find it. I really love shopping here for the holidays. Kohls used to be my favorite store to shop at until today. I bought 2 pair of shoes and asked the checkout person if they give Veteran discounts...... she said, "only on Mondays". I was like WHAT? Couldn't complain about the selection for my fiancee's wardrobe for her new job. Dropped about $240 on maybe 12-15 items and "saved" more than we spent, so the various sale & clearance items were all pretty good. Didn't spend a lot of time in the men's sections, but if they are a standard Kohl's, it's fair. What I didn't like about this Kohl's (well, all of them really) is that despite having a ton of good deals, their men's dress shirts & ties are quite expensive. Not overly-so, but I'd like them to carry some ties less than $30. They're supposed to be a bit cheaper than Macy's and Pennys and other department stores, but the men's sections often are not. read more

I am a fan for the most part. Located in the Loop in Kissimmee, this store has the advantage of having their own parking lot since it is offset from the other stores. Never a problem finding parking. The store for the most part is well organized and maintained. The women's section on most occasions I have been there, was extremely disorganized and picked through. Employees on the floor are few and far between. The registers have long lines at most times, but tend to move quickly. They offer great hours and many coupons especially around the holiday season. If you don't mind maybe not finding an employee if you need one, you may want to try this place out. If they work our their little oversights it is a very good place to shop. read more

I like this Kohl's store. The office where I work is somewhat near to it, and I'll pop-in from time-to-time when I feel like taking a little break from my desk. All-in-all I think this is a great location, with great merchandise options. Of course, they are continuously having good sales as well (I think Kohl's is somewhat known for this). There are just a couple of beefs I have here, and it's really nothing that would keep me from shopping here in the future (unless either get out of hand). - The crowd. It's never super-crowded, but the customer base regularly consists of older folks (who move very, very slow), and foreign folks who aren't often the most courteous. I don't mean for either of these to sound mean or prejudice, it's just two little challenges I've noticed a couple of times. - There's typically only one or two check-out lines open. Now, since I've never been to this store when it's uber-crowded, this hasn't really posed a problem for me. I've had to wait like five minutes or so, but I'm a relatively patient person so I don't mind. I could see it being a source of irritation, though, during the holidays or busier seasons (which, I'm hoping, the staff is beefed up). I'm not sure on where to start. I came here today with my boyfriend and my mother in law to do some shopping for a wedding event tomorrow. We both needed to buy clothes and we figured to come here, assuming that it would be a easy experience. Boy were we wrong. We browsed around and finally stumbled to the men department. We needed to buy a suit for the wedding but no one was around to help. We needed help to bring down a few coats and other items that needed a kohl employee to help us. I'm not over reacting, we were at the same spot for almost an hour trying to decide on outfits and not even one person passes by to check on that department. After the hour passed, an employee passes by, seen us struggling and ran passed us without giving us a chance to ask for help. We ended up getting the bar to pick up the clothes and doing it ourselves. Once we were done with him, we needed to find something appropriate for me. We had to transition to the women department and once again same issue. I seen a dress that I was really interested in and wanted to take it out of the doll and the same lady that ran away from us ended up helping me. She obviously didn't seem like she wanted to help us, so I didn't feel like bothering her anymore. No one was around any department to help. Even checking out was horrible. I'm not sure if it has to do with the area but it was a horrible experience. I wonder how much they lose a day by not being on top of their departments. From a former retail manager, they need to be alert about their areas and customers. I thought that a big store like that would have more coverage all around. read more

Everytime I go to this location it seems there is never anyone on the floor to assist. When I have a problem with something or need help and go to customer service there is an older woman there and she is exceptionally rude. I avoid going to this location if at all possible. read more

I love Kohls!!!!! I love that it's a great one stop shopping store with something for everyone. There are always sales and plenty of merchandise to peruse. This is one of my favorite companies to shop from and their seasonal housewares items are super cute! Now the but....this store looks old and as though a hurricane came through it. There weren't any employees on the floors putting things away, folding or organizing racks. It is just messy and to be honest the employees I observed at customer service and encountered at the registers weren't pleasant to each other or the shoppers. While I found plenty to buy, I was disappointed that the advertised sale prices weren't ringing up correctly at the register. The checkout employee fixed one item but I didn't even bother reporting the other because she was so unpleasant. I'll choose online shopping before coming back to this location. read more

I do like Kohl's but their merchandise needs a lift! Maybe it's ok for Kissimmee people but not the rest of the world. Most of the merchandise is "Dry Clean Only". This means you are going to wear it once and if you mistakenly wash it, it will shrink and be ruined. Their merchandise even with sales are grossly overpriced and not worth it. This is not a review of the store itself but of the online store www.kohls.com I purchased a trundle bed for my daughter on there and it arrived damaged. I was told that UPS would come to pick it up and they couldn't credit the account until it arrived back in the store. We re-ordered the replacement bed in the meantime since she was sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The first bed was finally picked up after 3 calls to customer service and at least a week. The second bed arrives a few days later (2 of the 3 large boxes) and, lo and behold, it, too, was damaged. I called customer service again and she said she'd process the return. I asked if I should accept or refuse the third box and she told me to refuse it, so I did when UPS brought it the next day. A week goes by and they haven't picked it up yet, so I call again. I am told that she never processed the return but just the rejection of the third box. So, he processes the return. Another week and two more emails and phone calls later and I finally get an email from UPS confirming pick up of one box. I have two. I contact Kohls again and point this out and they assure me it won't be a problem. UPS arrives and can only take one of the two boxes. So, here I sit, with a box of damaged bed parts still in my house after spending another 3 hours on the phone with customer service and billing and a supervisor in each tonight only to be told that UPS will come get it tomorrow (likely Monday because it's a weekend) and that my credit card will take another 7-10 days to show the return. While I am a fan of the store, I will NEVER AGAIN shop online for their merchandise. I heard the same canned speeches over and over and over again. Ridiculous. DO NOT BUY ONLINE! read more

Found an item that was overpriced. I scanned the item on one of their kiosks and it came out to be $5 cheaper than what they were telling me to pay in store. They were not willing to match the price. She called the manager and the manager didn't even come up to assist us and told the associate what to say over the phone. They were willing to lose a sale instead of giving us the price their in store kiosk had given us. Very disappointed with the customer service. Differently lost an everyday customer. read more
