My family and I were greeted upon entrance to this Coach Factory outlet store. They had a huge selection of Coach bags, clothing and shoes. The store was packed with customers but there was enough space where it didn't feel overwhelmingly crowded. Lots of sale items to choose from and the store was neatly organized. If you're heading into the Coach Factory Store at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets expecting outlet pricing, do yourself a favor--turn around now. I spotted a golf shirt priced at $239. For that kind of money, it better come with a private lesson from Tiger Woods and knock 15 strokes off my game. And don't get me started on the bags--a mini purse for $35, and if you want something that actually holds more than a pair of sunglasses, prepare to fork over $500+. Sure, it's labeled a "factory" store, but there's nothing budget-friendly about it. But here's what really earned this place a two-star review: the staff's attitude. If you're not walking in with a platinum card and a personal shopper, expect some serious side-eye. The vibe is less "how can we help you?" and more "you sure you can afford that, sir?" I felt like I had to justify my presence in the store just for glancing at a keychain. Look, if you love Coach and have a budget to match, you might find something you like. Good selection, kids found what they wanted, good prices- except for the 98 $ cherry charms- that was a bit much for the outlet

I came here for one purpose... looking for a clear bag because we are season ticket holders for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and only clear bags are allowed in the stadium, especially if they are larger bags rather than just a clutch. It was wonderful that we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. I was able to learn immediately they did not have clear bags, so I didn't have to both canvassing the entire store, She did let me know to find her again if I needed further assistance. I browsed for a few minutes and left. I prefer to purchase my bags from the actual stores and not outlet stores. But a clear plastic bag is just that... a clear plastic bag. However, I am extremely bougie so I still want pretentious stamped on my plastic. So what did I end up doing? Purchasing a $198 plastic bag from Michael Kors. Love that they provide temperature check at the door, wear PPE and provide controlled capacity to increase social distance. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and offered assistance. I even walked passed a worker who sneezed and she apologized and said she had to go change her mask. Be prepared to wait to enter but well worth the wait as the variety of purse and accessory selections, and price point is a deal! read more

I don't really buy much from Coach, but they do replica styles of higher end designers bags. I saw a lot of bags here that are similar to Louis Vuitton's most popular styles like the Alma, Speedy and Neverfull. I was looking for a style of bag that Gucci makes, but I had no luck here. This store does carry more than just handbags. They also have shoes, wallets, card holders, leather jackets and leather jackets. In my opinion, the quality of Coach is not what it used to be even 15 years ago. These bags all look so massed produced and kind of cheap. They do have a clearance section of the store, so it's worth having a browse through there. I know this chain of stores is usually VERY popular with the international crowd. I didn't end up buying anything, but it's always fun to take a peek. read more

If you love this brand this is the store for you! They definitely have plenty of deals offer, including regular specials with additional discounts. Well yes it is going to be last season's purse let's be real a black purse is a black purse. The worst part about getting to this location is honestly the parking lot and dealing with all the tourists in order to get here for your savings. But if you really like the brand and you want to get a steal it's kind of what you have to deal with in order to get it. The staff is always super friendly and happy to help you figure out what the prices would be after all the discounts are taken in and tax is applied. If you're ready to make a purchase the line actually moves pretty quickly despite the way it looks because they queue everybody into one line and have multiple cashier's. I don't think I've ever waited more than about 5 to 10 minutes to get checked out. This is definitely a great place to shop for birthdays and holidays for those that you love, that also enjoy this brand. For obviously for yourself! I personally love this brand because the bags last for so long it's worth the money to invest in a nicer purse. I've had several of my Coach bags from this location for years and they still look brand new. If you want to keep them looking good you may also want to consider getting their care products like leather cleaner to help you keep those bags looking good. Four stars alone for having the biggest shoe section for a Coach Factory store! There were a lot of cute pumps and sneakers that I rarely see at other Factory stores. The rest of the inventory is rather standard. I like that they often do 50%+ off the entire store so you can get some nice deals. There are a ton of wristlets here. The Coach Factory styles aren't really my thing though - some of the styles are really outdated or appear really cheap looking. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could! Racial profiling at its finest at this store. Where I would have spent at least $1500.00 that day I only spent less than $200.00. From the moment I walked in i was not greeted but the couple that entered right after me was greeted. Next the security guard that was in there followed me around the store as I shopped. It so unprofessional when a business does not honor it's own posted business hours. I expected so much more from Coach. We were among the lucky ones. When we arrived on a Sunday at 7:45pm to a locked door, the manager opened it and asked if we had received a return text. She then explained that they had reached their quota for the day and were closing early at 8. Well, that's bad enough, but we pointed out that is was still only 7:45. She was friendly and polite, but would not allow us to enter. In my opinion, closing early and turning away customers is an unacceptable business practice. We drove 40 minutes from FAR East Orlando and paid tolls specifically to shop and exchange a purse I had ordered online at Coach Outlet. Ultimately, we only achieved half our goal. We were able to return the purse at the men's store. But we're denied the chance to shop for a new one at the women's store within business hours. On the way back from the men's store, we saw many other customers that were not so lucky, pulling at the locked doors, confused and checking their watches. They have definitely lost a customer. I do not think I will gamble and make that drive again. If you decide to, call first. And, double check the location. There are 2 Coach Outlets with similar names that can easily be confused. One is on International Drive. This one is on Vineland. We also made that unfortunate mistake. read more

Hoping I'm reviewing the right one..this is in reference to the outlet store.. CUSTOMER SERVICE: This part could be taken both ways..This one does not have the most highest rated customer service, but I don't really need someone holding my hand while I browse for a bag. I'd rather have them leave me alone than keep offering assistance, in this case. The actual coach stores (not outlet) has far more outstanding customer service, they are there for your beck and call, but if you are capable of doing your own browsing and math the outlet isn't that bad. I haven't experience anyone that was rude, they just aren't over enthused to assisst. CLEANLINESS: I usually go there at night, trying to avoid the mass crowds, they don't clean up too well, the shoe section is like World War III, so if you're looking for shoes, you'll probably get irritated, but I'm usually not interested in the shoes. Occasionally I'll notice a drink cup a customer was too lazy to throw away and placed on the shelf..that will go untouched for a while. DEALS: I never go here unless I have a coupon, without a coupon, you can get like 20-40% off the Coach Retail Price. Now, on the days preceding and following a holiday (Easter..Mother's day...Labor Day...Thanksgiving..Christmas..you get the idea) They hand out coupons, an additional 30% off..or 40% off your purchase(Black Friday they had an additional 50% off). This is what brings me, they usually have a decent selection and a big clearence rack--usually marked down 50-70%. The coupons are taken off your purchase price, not added to the discount %. (If a salesperson tells you otherwise, then ask her if a purse that's 50% off with a 50% off coupon makes it 100% free.) Basically, It's kinda like the Walmart of Coach. Yeah it's probably a little bit messy, but you could get a good deal if you time it right! read more

Why do my relatives always want to go to the Coach outlet when they're in town? Ugh. You'd think they were giving purses away the way people react at this store. It's good people watching, to say the least. Personally, I don't know if the deals here are really all that. Every time I have been they are giving out extra % off coupons at the door. I love Coach! I definitely love the prices here! Every time I come here the bags, shoes, clothing and accessories are 50%. They also have a clearance section that generally has an additional 40% off the 50% off sale price. You can end up spending a lot of money here but getting a lot of great product! The store was recently renovated and it looks fantastic! It has a much more high end look and feel to the store. Unfortunately customer service can be lacking here. On this occasion I stood in the shoes section while two workers walked right by me without asking if I needed assistance. My husband finally went to the counter to ask someone to come by. Even at the register when I asked for my item to be gift wrapped, the person in charge of it looked put out. I do love that they are emailing receipts now! read more

My aunt loves Coach so I got her a leather bag for her birthday, she didn't like it because it didn't scream enough "C C C C" all over it. So I had to return it, the guy was so rude and obnoxiously loud as if he was screaming at my face. I had to step back to dodge his saliva flying all over the counter. Talking about going all bipolar at work, terrifying sight. He made me wait for 15 minutes when he went to the back (to wipe off his saliva, i supposed). I found this store severely understaffed. I needed a manger and finally was connected with one. I was exchanging a defective pair of sunglasses. The manger checked the computer and found I qualified for the exchange. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to stand in line to make the exchange. There must have been 25 people ahead of me in line. When I finally got to the counter over 30 minutes later, the manger needed to complete my transaction.
