The workers are pretty nice but they don't have too much furniture. Their prices are pretty terrific but the furniture part is what gets me.I know they opened a new one in Kissimmee and this is the one I'm talking about.The bathrooms are pretty terrific but they should put a button on the door so a person can press it and notify a worker when they really have to use it. read more

Great location. They have a HUGE selection of clothes. I found several items that were like brand new and top of the line brands. They do tend to run a bit high on the price scale considering it is Goodwill, but if you don't mind paying what you would for a clearance item at a top chain, let's say, then this would be one of Goodwill's locations for you. Thrifting is not only the cool thing to do to find high end fashion for nothing but it's also the most environmentally friendly thing to do. Why not buy gently used clothing and help bring down waste?! This Goodwill is my favorite location and I find all types of goodies. The staff is very friendly here, the store is always clean and they price things very fairly. I'm a firm believer in buying used clothes especially for my baby because they grow out of it so fast and most of the time you find it brand new for that reason. I also find lots of designer goodies for under $10. Along with baby clothes they get brand new toys for nothing. Just Lysol those babies and you got a new toy your gonna end up donating yourself. They also have books galore, and furniture. Overal awesome thrift store and it all goes to charity and for helping people in the community find a jobs so I'm all for it. read more

I've been visiting several Goodwill stores around my area and lately I've found that I can't afford shopping at Goodwill anymore. The prices are more than the regular stores that I can purchase the merchandise NEW, instead of USED. I always thought that Goodwill was a thrift store where poor people like myself could at least buy merchandise economically because it's used and donated for that purpose. It's not fair that they are charging more than NEW for USED merchandise. Now I go to the regular retail stores and just wait for a Clearance Sale and purchase the merchandise cheaper, brand new, and never opened or used by someone else. I believe someone should regulate Goodwill Stores' business and set them straight. They are not supposed to be so expensive, THAT ISN'T WRIGHT!! read more

We were told, word for word, "We don't have dressing rooms, no worries you have 3 days to return." Just a misunderstanding, I waited through a slow long line to return and discovered it was exchange only. I was flustered as we were in a hurry. I went back to shop and find exchanges then waited in a longer slow line. Told manager about the confusion on the return and asked if he could remind employees to say exchange. He told me the COSTUMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT and that I was lying. His highly trained employees would NEVER make a mistake with verbage. Manager was rude, I was visually upset and just thought my story mattered. I was unaware of the policy, which he said is clearly on the receipt. You don't see that until after you pay. Never give business to people who belittle others. read more

This was not my favorite Goodwill but not the worst I have been in. The store was fairly clean and had a lot of inventory but more clothing than anything else by a larger margin than I am used to. We were inside for some time and did not find anything we could use. These stores are typically hit or miss but always worth checking out. We frequently find good items and deals. I love this store and I love shopping there. their prices are a bit high and when they have the color tag you can get it for half price which isn't too bad. I love shopping for books here. I can get a $15 book for $2 which is great because I am a fast reader. I wouldn't like to go and spend $15 for book when I can get it for 2. They have great deals on dvds but i wish the vcrs movies were a cheaper like 50 cents instead of a dollar. read more

This location is smaller than most other Goodwill stores I've been to. The selection is limited and there isn't usually much furniture -but the ReStore is next door! Overall i really like Goodwill and with some hunting (see what I did there) you can bring home a reasonably priced treasure! read more

Yes, my Wife and I love to pop tags....especially while on a road trip. This was one of two locations near our hotel. We stopped by here to check out what they had. We found a few t-shirts with some local flavor...i.e. Disney and the other amusement parks. Saved us some $$$. I worked here for a month and it was an eye opener. The store was predominantly Hispanics and some people made me feel less than because I didn't speak Spanish, as me being African American. I would say I avoid this place unless you want to deal with rude employees , a messy place, and just a negative environment. I would rate 0 stars if I had the option read more

I never have something in mind when I come here to shop because I will seldom find it. I did get a small snowman and penguin figurine. I have a plethora of snowman and the price was right, 99 cents. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and seniors get a 10 per cent discount on Monday's. read more

Yikes Wallet, I'm sorry!! I found what I was looking for, and more!! Too much!! This Goodwill was unique in it's layout and availability. Yep, everyone was right, this location is smaller and older (no halloween stuff during Oct?) But I wasn't unhappy. It's a gold mine if you're willing to look through the racks!! I love how they display items and pieces on racks and mannequins. It might have been the culprit of my impulse purchases. Bad Mannequins! The ladies working the registers said items left as soon as they came in because it's a high volume store. (5 ladies working registers at all time) Knowing that, I'd recommend as a thrifter, hitting this specific location often! Goodwill Goodwill Goodwill, oh how I adore thee. In my thrifting missions I always make it a point to slide by the nearest Goodwill location. I was in the mood to randomly buy something after work one day and decided to stop into this Goodwill location on my way home. One of the perks of shopping at Goodwill is that they receive donations from Target locations. I love Target as well so it's a win-win situation. Upon walking in, you find an area of clothing separated by category and color for women. Moving towards the back of the store you find men's clothing and shoes. To the left is where the surplus and Target donations are is found. I was able to purchase two sweaters and a shirt that I had my eye on while in Target for about $4 each. There were also several nice jackets. They offer a small area of small furniture and a very large area of household items, books, CDs and DVDs. I always make it a point to search for a CD that makes me reminisce of the past The CDs are priced at .99-1.99. The prices in general in this location are super low! I love it! Oh and how could I possibly forget to mention the accessories! LOVE LOVE LOVE the items I always find. I have a slight...well enormous earring fetish and I always manage to find the cutest pairs in any Goodwill location and this one definitely did not disappoint! Between the items donated by people and those donated by Target, most of my money went to earrings and bracelets! Just writing this review makes me want to go back on my lunch break! I just love it! I can also find cute nail polish colors as well. The employees that work here were smiling and willing to help. They're sure to remind you of the color of the week and other discounts available to college student, seniors and military personnel. This location also offers employment training services for those looking for jobs! This place is great so if you're looking for a great inexpensive shopping experience please stop in! Best Goodwill I've been to by far. Usually when you go thrifting its utter chaos... there's random crap everywhere, nothing is organized, the stuff smells & the staff isn't terribly friendly. That's why I was so pleasantly surprised on my first visit to this particular Goodwill. The staff is friendly, students & military get 10% off and the store is unbelievably clean and organized! I don't feel nearly as overwhelmed and don't mind taking my time to see what treasures I can find. Definitely a good stop if you're in the area! read more

Moved across the street to a larger location and now (according to their employees), they're the #1 top selling Goodwill in all of Florida. We've gone and donated quite a few bundles of clothes and assorted household goods to them and walked through the store. Both the employees at the front and back end of the store are pleasant and seem to do a great job! read more

This has to be the dirtiest store I have ever been in. Not only do the floors appear to have never been swept or mopped, the ladies bathroom looked and smelled like a biohazard dumping site. I understand this is a thrift store but the filth inside there was ridiculous. Guess the Lakeland one I used to go to had me thinking they would all be at least somewhat clean. read more

Seemed a bit smaller than my local goodwill store, but was very clean. There were no broken items or items on the floor. I saw multiple employees stocking, tidying, etc during my trip. Some of the bookshelves were labeled by topics: Christian, Self-help etc. Those shelves did have the topics mentioned, but those same topics were also everywhere else. The only real division was between adults/kids, and paperback/hardbound. Lots of off-season, brand-new merchandise from Target. I went in July and quite a bit of the merchandise was either Easter or Halloween themed. Pricing consistency across item categories were like other Goodwill Stores: paperback were $.99, hardbound a bit more; all jeans priced the same etc. Housewares section was organized by type (great for you coffee-mug fans!) and most items were in the proper spot. I spent 5 minutes in here and walked out - the organization is very disorganized! Clothes and shoes are organized by color, not size. So unless you have a specific color in mind, be prepared to WORK for your purchase. They have kids from "under 3T" and 3T and up ... How are you supposed to look for your six year old who wears a size 8?? It's really just thrown together. It looks pretty and organized, plenty of workers around trying to clean up, but I shop by size, not color. read more

Love this Goodwill and travel an hour to stop in from time to time. Today did not disappoint. Found four awesome treasures. Problem....I was charged for five and did not realize it until I got home. Still a bargain, but check those receipts before you leave the store. Lesson learned. read more

While I think this site is great for helping the community, there clothing section is less than desirable. The sections are properly marked, but sizes are in a complete disarray. You really have to be looking to sift through everything and hope you find a diamond in the rough (then hope it's your size!). Also the fitting rooms were nasty, like didn't want to take my shoes off nasty. read more

This is a pretty big Goodwill and I have been a couple times. They actually have alot of new items with tags still on them. I donate all my old unused clothes here and also love to check out all the nifty things they have every month or so. If you haven't been here to check it out, I suggest you do. I found brand new brand name shirts for men for $1.50 you cant beat that! Not to mention its all for a good cause. They also have a job center located inside to help people find employment. read more
