When I saw the rating of this location on Yelp I was a little flummoxed. Then I realized that someone didn't like that Sonoma had changed how they made a type of socks and took it out on this location. So here's a review about a brick and mortar store and not, you know...socks. A lot of Kohls are severely understaffed. Many suffer because of it as exhibited by lack of attention to detail. I can't tell you how irritating it is to sort through stacks of what should be straight fit dockers only to find that 1/3 of them are slim or classic fit. That doesn't happen here. This store is clean, one of the better organized I've seen in years, and the employees are great. They give you honest answers, and are genuinely nice. Do I wish they always had everything in stock? Yes. But the store has little control over that, so I'm not gonna knock them for that. I gladly drive an extra 15 minutes further just to visit this location. read more

I have been purchasing Kohl's "Sonoma" socks for yours and was very satisfied. The last two packages however were extremely poor quality. I've been unable to resolve the problem with your customer service. Stated they would reach out to their buyers and let them know of the complaints. However, Sonoma "IS" a Kohl's product. 3 stars because they always have deals/coupons. But, I'm surprised nobody has left a review on the women's bathroom. Twice on separate occasions I've had to use the bathroom there & it's disgusting!!! You can tell it hasn't been cleaned in probably months. Do better with the bathroom. read more

I really like Kohl's, even during the holidays when it's busy. When buying they seem to have plenty of registers, when returning an items they unfortunately are normally understaffed and there's long waits. Though my overall experience is good - they are a store that should know and be able to staff customer service for returns better - so low rating for me. Kohl's Bainbridge store is better staffed ( for customer service) in my experience. read more

I was very disappointed in Kohl's return policy. My son needed to wear professional clothes for his college internship and I spent around $400 for a suit, dress pants, shirts, ties and shoes. While I was pressing the shirts I noticed I had grabbed the wrong size with one of the dress shirts. I could not locate the receipt but wasn't worried because I had used the Kohl card to pay for it and I still had the tags for the shirt. After waiting over 20 minutes, the customer service wouldn't even let me exchange it for the right size. With such easy, lenient return policies such as Amazon, I think it is a really foolish policy. My son will soon graduate college and need professional clothes and I have a granddaughter I love to spoil. Lots of money you won't be getting! read more

This is the THIRD time I have gone into this Kohl's and gone to the customer service counter to pick up an online order. If you work in customer service you should probably be nice to the customer. Metta (the woman working there) was incredibly rude to me ALL THREE times. I understand people have bad days or aren't in the best mood always but after the third time there is no excuse. visited yesterday, junior dept was so filthy. Carpets looked like not vaccuumed in weeks. Dressing room, so gross, dust and filth and garbage all over floors IN dressing rooms. Super nasty. Scared to have shoes off while trying on clothes. read more
