I look how many staff there are and how much product and how scattered the items are and it can be over whelming to think about how they get anything on the shelf. My understanding is corporate dictates where items are placed? If that is true, I think they should give the store more control. Like someone else said, ask someone where it is, if your first guess isn't right. It will save you a bunch of time.

Unfortunately, her demeanor during the interaction was less than professional. She appeared impatient in helping me, which made the experience uncomfortable. What stood out to me even more was the noticeable shift in her attitude when another person approached the register; she suddenly became friendly and upbeat. This inconsistency felt disingenuous and disappointing, especially in a customer-facing role. I value good customer service and wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that it will be addressed. So happy to have a realistic option to support local and get something outside of big box stores. I used to visit this store once a week after grocery shopping and buy a few things. Actually bought more than a few things....I mean for one dollar why not grab some snacks, candy, odds and ends, etc? The good news, after prices were increased I stopped going there every week and no longer purchased all those unhealthy snacks and other things I no longer needed. I only visited a few times year after that. Visited them today....another PRICE INCREASE! Many items $1.50 and $1.75 now. Same things you can find at Walmart for $1.19 or $1.29. As far as me going back to shop at Dollar Tree are slim to none now. Nice while it lasted, I guess.

I told the lady at the service desk and she was so ready to help me fast she asked him what book and she new the author the two choices of book and walked right over and picked it up she didn't even have to look it up or anything!!! Very impressive! Then we went to the check out and the guy at the counter was so wonderful with my children! They were both so polite and I am so so greatful! I had several books in mind when I last shopped here, but only 1 of them was in stock. The salesperson did help me track it down, though, after I couldn't find it on the shelves. I think this location might be smaller than other B&N stores that I've been to. It always baffles me that they don't offer more coupons and discounts since I can easily hop on Amazon and request the same books for much less, but I consider the knowledge that I'm always paying more to shop here just a fee for my hope that brick and mortar bookstores continue to exist.
