Unfortunately, her demeanor during the interaction was less than professional. She appeared impatient in helping me, which made the experience uncomfortable. What stood out to me even more was the noticeable shift in her attitude when another person approached the register; she suddenly became friendly and upbeat. This inconsistency felt disingenuous and disappointing, especially in a customer-facing role. I value good customer service and wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that it will be addressed. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with the same courtesy and respect. which she seemed old enough to know better.

I did my part I paid every monthly payment until it was paid off I thought, a few months later I get a bill for over $300. I have not charged anything . Apparently his math was off... not my fault. This does not allow the employee to greet each customer (which is one of my favorite parts of this store, greeting you with a smile and a hello), help the customer with finding products or attending customers in other ways. I like the personal touch Maurice's gives customers with the dressing rooms. However, when there is only one employee working alone, this means you must come out of the dressing room each time if you want a different size or color. It would be nice to have an employee "check in" with you to see if you need anything else. Overall though, a great place to shop!
