This review is for today's encounter (at about 3:30pm) with the most miserable Amazon returns worker I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. First, she was very rude to the customer right before me. She spoke to him like poop under her shoe and dismissed him to customer service because he was in the wrong line. When it was my turn, she was snarky and rude when I didn't have the QR code cued up fast enough. If you don't want to provide customer service, don't work a customer service job.. simple! read more

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this store today. A woman who was cleaning the bathroom was very disrespectful to a customer who used the bathroom because she walked into the bathroom while the floor was wet after mopping. After the cleaning woman said very rude, and quite frankly, bizarre things to the customer, she proceeded to follow the customer as she walked through the store. I completely understand why the ratings for the store is so low. The level of cleanliness and quality of some staff has really gone down. I will not return or recommend this store to anyone. read more

I ordered shorts for the summer about three weeks ago and just got them. There are no belt loops only a draw string that never stays tight...now you tell me what the hell good are these? You would think with so many talented people looking for work Kohl's would maybe hire someone with common sense. My guess is that someone's head is stuck in a computer and not looking directly at merchandise. The moral of the story is don't shop on line at Kohl's unless you want to be annoyed. read more

I can always count on a wide selection of casual clothing. With the Rewards card I constantly receive deals and specials. The location is huge and with tons of variety for men and women. Most items are easy to find. The only gripe I have is there is never a selection in men's shoes for size 13, the clearance price on items are more than when you use a coupon. read more

I use to love kohl's , not anymore & they use to have high reputation but not anymore. Kohl's became Chinese dollar shop , I think Chinese dollar shop don't cheat any one but kohl's not like that they offer Elephant & give you Goat, four times I buy shoes from kohl's not even one time last for one month , more than 10 times I brought cloths , after two wash you can't even use.. There clothes are always nice and everything is very clean there. However, no matter how many times I have walked into the place, and I have lived in Norwalk all my life, not one person has ever greeted me or even smiled. I feel so unwelcome shopping there. Even if I say hello to a worker there I won't get a response. They really need to up their game on customer service here. I was at the jewelry counter today I was greeted with the most disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered the associate was not only rude and dismissive but also decided that because I was an African American person that I had no money anyway as he related to a Spanish speaking customer as he wrong them out too bad for him because I am fluent in Spanish so I understood every vile thing he was saying about me as if I was a dog on the streets. Upon checking out, cashier insisting I use my Kohl's credit card when I politely told her the first FOUR times I prefer not to... and her STILL insisting I do!!' It was very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.... after the 5th time of me letting her know I would not be using my Kohl's card she gave me an attitude and threw my merchandise in the bag (which included jewelry) it took me over 10 mins to find it in the bag once I got home... she would not even hand me my receipt, she slapped it down on the counter and moved on to the next customer... it was simply unacceptable and rude... I was beyond angry for how I was treated to the pony where I wanted to just leave the store instead of finding a manager..... very rude!!!!!! read more

Kohl's is always having great sales on quality clothing! The best part of their store is the return policy. I bought a watch there and it broke and was able to bring it back and get a full refund. Same thing happened the next month. Needless to say, I didn't buy that brand of watch again (Armitron), but I will be buying at Kohl's! read more

Great place to find good buys. Plenty of parking which is always nice. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They have a variety of items.

Marie the manager I encountered was stuck to the policies and didn't seem to care about what customer care on the phone said. She was borderline rude. She was more worried about moving her car in the parking lot. She should get more customer service training. And if she is in a hurry to leave, then you should change her schedule. read more

I haven't been a fan of kohls because I signed up for all the rewards and saw none of them. But this past week I brought my kids in to pick out some things for school and the lady at the register recommended I call the 800 number because I told her how I never saw any rewards and I thought he whole program was a scam. She was right! They helped me out on the 800 number and got me all the rewards that I missed before because of something with my email address. While I won't get them for now, when I need them for back to school shopping, I will at least get something. So thank you for your recommendation. I might try shopping here again now. read more

I am not the type to write up reviews for all of my experiences, but when I saw a negative review for this kohl's I wondered why. I shop here often and I think this store has great hours, is clean and well organized, and has an adept staff. I live nearby in westport and this is a great place for me to find nice clothes at decent prices. I always scour through the clearance racks for good finds. I was here this week and was helped by melissa who was very sweet and patient and helped me find the perfect dress for my business meeting. I also shop at kohls.com and have never had a problem returning something to the store that I bought online. Very convenient. read more

This was honestly the most appalling shopping experience I've ever had. Marie the manager had shown such disrespect to my mother when asked where to find the clearance rank so we can hurry up and get going. The store was closing soon and she abruptly cut my mother off and was told she will not Show her where the rank was and that she had no time for this since she had another customer to attend to with a disgusting attitude. We had spent a large sum of money as we were checking out in the cashier line and continued verbal insults ensued between her and my mother and eventually told us to leave as we were paying a 600 dollar bill !!! The nerve. It's was unfathomable to be treated like this by someone who is supposed to represent leadership and set quality examples for the staff. As a first time customer at kohl I regret my decision ever walking through those doors. Absolutely terrible. Manager should be fired. read more

i just want to put this out there to anyone considering ordering from kohls.com. i made an order recently and had a very negative experience. i was charged four times for one item and when i called customer service i was told they would cancel the charges which they only they did after i called 3 additional times. As of now they have only cancelled 2 out of the four charges and the manager i spoke to named carla was extremely unhelpful read more
