Meh, they say everything is on sale but is it really? Or are they just saying it is so you think you are getting a deal? They have some decent clothes and household items here. I'm not a huge fan of shopping here but I'm also not a fan of shopping in any department stores. They place is fairly easy to navigate and has decent stuff so I can't hate on them. The prices really are fairly reasonable too and they have a good return policy. read more

This Kohls never has enough normal sizes. For instance don't expect to find any decent shoes in sizes 7 1/2 to 8 1/2. Its the same with their clothes, you find something you like but its never in your size and you can rarely find the things the mankind are wearing. Their website is difficult as well. I love Kohl's. They basically have everything you would ever need!They also have super good sales too, if you're the type of person who is okay buying next season's clothes now! For example, I bought a sweater for six dollars! It was a really nice one too! Also, I love how Kohl's always have the Kohl's cares sale items for five dollars. They help benefit children! Not only does Kohl's have everything you ever need other than food items, Kohl's also have some of the friendliest workers you can find! Yes, sometimes there are those days I've gone and there is this ONE person who the store can do without, but most of the time, they are very nice and helpful. read more

It had probably been 10+ years since I visited Kohl's. So I pretty much forgot what to expect when I stepped in. Right off the bat, it was nicer than I remembered. A big, clean department store with everything you'd expect at a similar chain. JC Penny especially came to mind. Prices were comparable to similar stores. That all said, all the goods here are pretty middle-of-the-road in terms quality and uniqueness. In other words, you can find everything Kohl's sells at many other stores for a similar price (and probably cheaper online). If the current retail climate is any indication, who knows how much longer Kohl's will last. read more

Far too much in my wardrobe than I care to admit comes from Kohl's. It is a) conveniently located (for me), b) not a mall, and c) the prices are reasonable. They draw you in with their sales and 30% off coupons and keep you coming back with Kohl's cash and other incentives to spend. Merchandise includes some name brand and a lot of their own Croft & Barrows brand. Can't think of much that I haven't bought here -- accessories, shoes, purses, belts, socks, pajamas, jackets, toys, kitchen ware, clocks, towels and even Keurig coffee. They are a sort of a step down from some pricier stores (Younkers, Dillards, etc.) but a step up from some department stores. The quality is average, too. I've had items that didn't last for more than a year or two but at the cheap prices, you can afford to replace stuff. Haven't been there in a while but I've got a gift card calling my name. read more

I love kohls and buy a lot of my clothes here. I wait until I get 30% off coupons in the mail and then I mainly shop their clearance items. I just visited yesterday and got a cute shorts romper that was marked down to$ 9.60, originally priced $ 44.00. I have also bought jeggings, shorts, leggings, Fila leggings,tops and sweaters all marked down to half or less of their original price. I have gotten such good deals here that they were comparable to thrift shop prices. I highly suggest trying everything on, as some of their clothes look better on the hanger. I don't generally shop at new department stores but for kohls I will make a exception. Compared to gordmans, kohls is a lot classier. Gordmans felt like a warehouse the last time I was there and kohls feels like a department store ;) read more

I haven't ever had much luck with styles I like being in stock here. I guess the straw that broke the camel's back was my visit this afternoon. I had planned on purchasing an item that happened to go viral overnight for my nephew's birthday, so I made sure to call right when they opened so I could have one reserved for when I got off of work in the afternoon. The employee checked to see if it was in stock, which she said it was, and took my name down for a pick-up in the afternoon. She said it wasn't a problem, have a nice day. Fast-forward to this afternoon at pick-up: they gave it to another customer. By this time, the item, which was on sale for under $20, was now easily $100 or more online due to a viral video featuring the item, so it was impossible to get it elsewhere. The female manager I spoke to said that the items were all gone because I hadn't come earlier in the day. I asked her why, since I had called in the morning (right at opening) and had spoken to an employee who had taken my information, my item was given to another customer. I was told not to worry, that it was fine to pick up after I got off work by that employee. I had expressed that I could have found another place to buy it if I would have been told they weren't going to actually hold the item. She couldn't say why it was given away and she was apathetic to the whole situation. The female employee behind the customer service counter was 100 times more sympathetic and apologized to me, but the manager couldn't bring herself to even do that. She was, in fact, quite rude and seemed very inconvenienced by a problem her employees had caused. I waited over half an hour for them to tell me too bad, so sad. I'm very disappointed in the way the situation was handled by the female manager, especially since she showed no signs of interest in losing a customer with a handful of items I intended to purchase. Had to wait 10 min to find someone in jewelry. After we asked for assistance the lady found every excuse to not help us . This store is so unorganized never coming to this location . Never met anybody to find every excuse not to help . Horrible experience read more
