I love my Plymouth store, The lines may be long but move very quickly. The ladies work very hard and are always willing to help! I order mostly online and get great deals! I just bought my husband and son golf shirts for half the price they were paying elsewhere. You can't beat the coupons you get when you apply for a credit card. Made an hour trip to grab a shirt that was supposedly in stock, NOT!!! Stop wasting peoples time, do your jobs!! The store looked like a bomb went off in it!! Clothes in fitting rooms on floor, and the attendants had no clue where anything was. Massachusetts, I hate to say this, but stick to cranberries and stupid laws.... This Kohl's is sub-par, when compared to most other Kohl's I've been to. -Less selection/variety. -Less representation of brands I (and my husband) like. -Disorganized floor plan-- we often end up walking around the entire store to find what we're looking for. Try finding men's underwear. -High pressure credit card pitch every time we check out. We said no thank you. Move along. The few times we've visited this location, we leave with only one or two items (if anything at all), a big change from our usual Kohl's shopping excursions. read more

Used to love this store, especially the 30% coupons and the Kohl's cash but over the past several months have had a few bad experiences with online shopping and in store pickup. The last 3 items I purchases online had security tags still attached necessitating a trip to the store, plus twice recently have looked up in store availability at nearby stores and showed items were available , only to be told they were out of stock when I got there. Today I placed my first online order for store pickup. When I walked up to customer service, there was a rope with a sign indicating 2 lines. Returns and Online pickup. Return line 4 people deep and online pickup had no one. So I stand there and the attendant on my side was ready for me. So I go up and start to pull out my phone for the order info, and she says I cut the line and took the guy behind me (he was in wrong line) and so I was so taken back by the rudeness and confusion that I left without my order and felt embarrassed. Dont make 2 lines for separate things ! So pissed. I'm going to call and request a refund instead of going back. read more

This is not directed towards the Kohl's in Plymouth, it's just the closest one by me. I just had the absolute worst experience with Kohl's, particularly Kohls.com on the online store. I ordered a (quite pricey) baby stroller for my best friends shower. Come to find out, it's missing a wheel. In sheer panic, I call customer service, who first told me to return it to the closest store and get a refund, then order a new one. First of all, this stroller is NOT light in the slightest, so the inconvenience of lugging it into my car, then out of the car to the store is disconcerting to begin with. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and boy was THAT a mistake. This woman was the absolute nastiest, rudest, most inconsiderate "customer service" representative I have EVER spoken with. She cut me off multiple times, refused to answer my questions, and kept asking "is there anything else I can help with" to evade my aggravation. I just want a new wheel shipped! I demanded it be overnighted. I paid well over good money for this product and it's NOT my fault they screwed it up. She continually told me she would put a case order in right away. I wasn't born yesterday. I know all that means is she will write a case, and it will sit in a queue until someone decides to pull it out and fix what they screwed up. I asked to speak to upper management and almost fell over when she said that I was speaking with the highest representative. I have been a loyal Kohl's customer with a charge card since 2013. I will NEVER. Return. Not even if there's a fire. read more

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes for my grandson for his birthday. Since the store is closed I had to order them on line and was able to pick them up at the store. I pulled up and after a few minutes a woman came out and put the shoes in the back of my van. When I got home I opened the package and found a generic white box with handwritten information about the shoes on the outside and a used pair of tennis shoes(possibly the display pair) in the box with no tags. They definitely look used and I certainly cannot give them as a birthday present. I called the 800 number for Kohls and was told that sometime in the future when the store reopens I can make a return, as long as it is within 6 months. Horrible experience! I can't believe they will treat their customers this way. They have lost a customer for life. I would recommend that you stay away from this store! read more

Kohls at the shops at 5 is right off of rt 3, and is very easy to get to. I love their juniors dept. I get all of my work clothes here. I can get anything from a modern fancy "going out" outfit, to business slacks, or sweatpants and a hoodie for the gym. It seems like they are always having store sales or specific items on sales. I gave them my email and they are constantly emailing me about awesome deals that are going on! The cashiers that have rung me out have all been pleasant so far. Also, they advertise that you do not need a receipt to return or exchange an item. There is always plenty of parking too, and they are open very reasonable hours. read more

Could someone please tell me why this store is seemingly so popular?!? When the chain moved into our area I thought they would be out of business within a couple of years at the most! Their merchandise is way overpriced and the shopping experience is over-rated! Their racks and merchandise are too crowded together and the quality is really quite poor overall. I had the worst experience this afternoon with a return/exchange! I assured the person at the "Customer Service" center not to worry - she would never see me returning again!! I was only there because someone I like, but for some strange reason shops at this place, bought me a jacket in the wrong size. I tell everyone not to shop here! Never had a good experience and if it's the last time I step foot in there, it will be too soon!! With TJMaxx next door and Macy's covering the general department store need, why would you shop here!?!? read more

This store is beyond disorganized. The shoe department is an absolute disaster. You have to go on a hunt to find the shoe you are looking for, when in other stores the shoe would normally be stored underneath the display! Not only is the store ALWAYS a mess, but the employees are RARELY friendly! I wish that I could say something nice about this store, besides its great location, but today it left me feeling frustrated, aggravated, and feeling like I bothered the cashier when it came time for me to check out! This Kohl's is right next to a TJmaxx, so instead of finding what I need at Kohls, i'll be happier with spending less and dealing with friendlier people right next door! read more
