The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is not the level of service I expect from a brand like Ralph Lauren. I followed up with both store management and corporate. While an apology was eventually provided, the overall handling of the issue -- including how my initial concern was closed without resolution -- left me dissatisfied.
