Located inside the massive Katy Mills outlet mall, you will find this rather excellent Victoria's Secret, which usually has some great stuff, and Barbie loves coming here. Service is really lovely too. It's supposed to be a little cheaper than regular Victoria's Secret stores, but it's still really expensive to be honest. Worth it though, in Barbie's onion. I mean opinion. Location is great, situated very close to one of the main entrances (East Side I believe) so you don't have to walk too far into the mall to get to it. And if it was in Queens, it'd be Astoria's Secret. If you don't read this review, it's Ignorya's Secret. And if you find this review sexy, it's Allureya's Secret. Anyway, I like you. In fact I Adoreya's Secret. We definitely love coming here and Barbie always looks spectacular when she's here. As you can see in the pictures. The selection isn't the largest (but Bae says I am) and we haven't found that much stuff that she wanted, but if you come here during the sale, you can definitely find some cool stuff. And remember - Don't take the Micktoria's Secret, but I need to be Quicktoria's Secret, because I didn't sleep yet and need a nap before I have to go to the gym. So, I had a great time this evening! I came to size some bras and had a really great experience! Super happy about my purchase and the customer service I received here. Barbara is the so awesome with assistance. She had such a great smile, was super friendly and amazing. She gave me the vibes of shopping with a cool friend. Now, I'm soooo sorry for not even looking for her name tag because I was just enjoying my time. I'm almost positive that she was the manager. Pretty, eloquent lady with a short haircut! Ma'am! I have been shopping here since my sister worked here while attending college at University of Texas in Austin. They have consistently made quality lingerie at affordable prices for many many years. They are one the few places that makes a 34DDD in so many different styles and they offer the most support for larger chested women which is crucial for someone like me with back problems. Their larger sizes have 3 clasps enclosure in the back allowing for that extra support where most other brands only have 2 and it's simply not enough. I don't love that you cannot try on bras right now because I haven't had to purchase any new bras in few years-they last so long if you hand wash and follow care instructions I have had the same bras and swimsuits lasting 5 years which is amazing. But I have gained a few pounds and as I get older my body changes so I need to try on, I understand the cdc guidelines and will have to wait until the virus disappears and the stores allow customers to try on again because I am desperately needing new bras and in the meantime will try to find other options but for years they have been my top choice! Highly recommend their sports bras too, they are a 2 in 1 bra-sports bra with underwire cup underneath offering the greatest support you'll ever need. I swear by these read more

I love VS. I mean, it's all great with their coupons, and deals, but the girls working here are either super great or will make you wanna punch them in the throat. I know working retail sucks, but come on. One time I came here, I was looking for a "teddy" and the girl looked at me like I was speaking alien. After a totally valley girl moment, and she was like, "uh, you mean a babydoll?! I realized I was better off looking on my own. I mean, how silly of me to ask for assistance from someone who works there. On the other hand, I have encountered some helpful associates, but 1 bad experience can negate the entire experience. On the plus side (not that they carry plus sizes, but they should), this is a convenient location inside Katy Mills. For quick access (one hand bra on and off, LOL, jk), park at the food court entrance and walk straight in on the right and you're there. If you're looking for more than just bras and panties, may I recommend the PINK yoga and lounge wear. I feel cute and cozy all in one. And who doesn't love that?! read more

This location has been so difficult to come to. I've tried to make a return twice and have not been able to. The first time I came there was a 20 person line wrapped around the store, though it is pretty big store due to Covid and was told it would be an hour wait. Though during the 15 minutes I spent at Katy Mills I noticed none of the same people were in line when I was leaving and could have waited. The second time I came I was turned away because the store closes extra early, though it does not say this anywhere and I had to find out in person. I came in with my boyfriend looking for a sexier bra. I've been out of the dating scene for so long I needed to find something not beige or matronly. My daughter suggested Victoria Secret & I arrived with high hopes. First of all, there's no bras for a slightly overweight woman. I wear a 40C & I was given a 36 & told to use a bra extender. Great! Can I get one here? No. I should have left, but I hate shopping so I didn't want to leave without something. I ended up having to stop by Walmart for the extender & they actually had bras in my size for WAY less money than the almost $60 I paid at VS. The bra is cute, but definitely not worth the embarrassment of being too large for the store. I will never return. read more

I got sized, but they did not have my size, so the employee that was helping me told me that she would let someone up front know I was coming and that that person would help me order something online. I went up front and stood there waiting and nobody came for me. I stood there a good 15 minutes before deciding to just leave. My daughter and her friend went their on October 8, 2022 to go shopping for their friend. The workers were very rude and thought they were stealing. When they got in there everything was fine and then a worker asked if they need help and they said they needed help looking for a size small. She helped them and then they went to the perfume. Once they got to the perfume this one worker came and stood by them. She proceeded to stare at them and mean mug them. She talked into her thing and said out loud which one. They were very confused and then she said call security then. They were still very confused and decided to look around more and she followed them and continued to stare. My daughter and her friend felt very uncomfortable and no longer wanted to be in that store. I mean neither would I if someone was following me around and staring at me. They girls proceeded to put the stuff they wedding going to buy back and leave the store. As a mother I don't think teenage girls should even have to feel uncomfortable going into a store like that. They should be treated very nicely and the workers should make sure they are comfortable. I proceed to call the store and ask to speak to the manager. The manager wasn't helpful at all. She tried to say that it was the girls fault for "looking suspicious". She didn't ask for a description of the worker or a the names. I think this is very unprofessional and Victoria secret need to work on their professionalism. Nobody should feel uncomfortable in a store like that. read more

Wow! God is good and so were Marina & Deytra, the two ladies who helped me at the register. I went back into VS because I had recently purchased a few items with my PINK card however I forgot to use my coupon that VS sent me so I went in today to get help finding a solution. Well when I got to the register, I realized that my VS bag was leaking of the Vanilla Flame candle due to the sun melting it from being in my trunk. It leaked on my bra that I bought as well! These two ladies went above and BEYOND to make sure that I was HEARD, understood, and appreciated as a VS customer. Mrs. Deytra sympathized with me and shared a relatable story of how a similar situation happened where a candle she bought from IKEA melted from being in her car too long too! I mean...I just felt like I was a human instead of just a number / customer. They not only found a solution so that I could use my coupon but Mrs. Marina recommended some delicious smelling roll on perfumes to add on to my total so that I could use the coupon. Seriously the best customer service ever!! From the minute I walked in til the minute I left. Suga stopped me when I walked in and asked if I needed any help. She sized me sent me to the dressing room where Ashley helped me. Told me what bras would be good for me. Got them for me. I tried them on she made sure they fit.. went and got the colors I wanted.. and then when checking out.. the manager opened up more registers bc it was a little busy. Twice I've been here and twice they messed up my order. Never said sorry and never got it fixed. Overcharged me both times, and justify doing so with completely senseless explanations. Employees at the register who check you out are rude and seem as if they hate their job. They are not very good at math or calculating costs. Also, the underwear section -- super messy! My fiancée and I went in to simply use our coupons and it turned into getting a variety of items. We found a great bra I wanted to try on. The lady who sized me sized me larger than the VS bra I currently had on. So I pulled my current size and the size she said I was in the bra I wanted to try. The wait line for the fitting room was seven people deep. Although we didn't really have the time, I decided to wait anyways. As I was getting in the line, the VS employee said the bra would be in the room and took the two bras out of my hand. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting, I get to the room and they hand me a generic bra that I already have. I stated I already have that bra and informed her I was told the bras I wanted to try on would be in my room. I informed her each style bra fits differently (as if she already didn't know that - she works there), and I wanted to try on the style bra I was interested in purchasing. Four ladies working the fitting room, two of them extremely rude and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience, one just listening to what was going on, and one who actually was asking questions to get somewhere. When I tried to explain the look, location, style, color, fitting, literally everything about the bra that I already once had in my hand, my patience was lost. I grabbed my items and left their items behind. I was tired of being an inconvenience and hearing the mumbling under the breath of the lady with the colorful hair in the dressing room. I love shopping at Victoria secret but not anymore. Went shopping a few days ago and spend over 100$ to come home and find out my perfume that I PAID FOR didn't even make it in my bag. So the next day I go up there and explain it to a cashier and she ends up telling me that the assistant manager "Annie" is the one that checked me out and didn't put my paid for merchandise in my bag. To top it off the cashier was completely rude when I asked her if I could get the perfume I paid for and didn't get and she rudely told me to go get the rest of my stuff I bought & then they could give to me. I live an hour away and they expect me to do that. That assistant manager ended up being on duty that day and I asked the cashier if I could talk to her see if she remembered me from the day before and the said it with the worst attitude ever that I couldn't because it wouldn't make a difference.
