Full disclosure though--when we returned to pick up one of the suits (he purchased one for the wedding and another for date nights), Lamont wasn't there. Unfortunately, we experienced some of the worst customer service we've ever had. The young Black woman working that day made it clear she would've rather been anywhere else. She tried to engage in small talk toward the end of our visit, but the attitude she had carried up to that point had already left a bad taste. Fast forward to today--my husband and I had some errands to run and decided to stop by Men's Wearhouse first, just to get it out of the way. To our surprise and delight, there was Lamont! We were so genuinely happy to see him. As always, he was dapper and dressed to the nines, instantly elevating the energy of the entire store. Lamont has the confident ease of a store owner and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable while providing exceptional service. A quick call from the hotel boutique confirmed they had what I needed and a short while later, I was greeted by Kieffer Parker, who I assume is the owner. He ushered me right in, produced a large box of "hardware" to choose from and within 5 minutes I was properly cuffed and buttoned and on my way to the wedding ceremony.
