What a great place to shop! The selection is amazing. And the makeup department is huge. If you do your Amazon return here, you will get a coupon to then shop. What a bargain! These days, things like that can really make a difference. The lines are always short and the service great. It's a perfect place to shop for gifts. During the seasons they change up what they offer and it keeps it fresh. It's a little far for me to drive but it is always worth the trip. Bad customer service. Everything was wrong with the cashier from start to finish and management wasn't helpful at all.

I had a wonderful shopping experience here! The store was very clean and all the clothes were folded. Nothing was out of place. The only think was the dressing room was closed BUT they give you 3 months to return something which is wonderful! The manger was very friendly and helped make sure the line moved quickly. This Kohl's is just like the rest. Nothing specifically stands out about this location other than it's really hard to turn left out of the parking lot unless you go out at the right spot. Lol The location is totally fine although I wish it was on the other side of the street by the home goods and Ulta I would definitely shop there a lot more if that was the case. Instead it's by a furniture, Best Buy, liquor store, and navy fed. Every time I've come here the employees have always been kind and asked me if I needed help. Usually I don't because I'm just looking but it's still the thought that counts! Just like every other Kohl's the prices are a little high because they have 1 billion coupons out instead of just making their prices lower and not having coupons..? But I think people love their coupons so that will continue to be the way things are LOL. Overall I will definitely be returning to this location I believe they might be the only Kohl's in the greater Savannah area as of this moment. read more

Kohl's is a really great place to window shop if you aren't in the mood to buy. Especially the shoe section, but thats because I have a shoe addiction. This time I went in and found they were having a ton of sales in every section they had. They even had a lot of good clearance items. Everything seemed organized and clean and the staff was really nice. Apparently they just started having military discounts on Mondays, but the cashier was super nice and gave it to us today anyway since they just started doing it. I would recommend they home goods and bedding department, they seemed to have some pretty decent sales going on. Weird thing to add, but they also had some really good music playing. It must be a tactic to get me to buy something because it totally worked. read more

Every time we visit this location, we always have a great experience. They were having a great sale for the toddler boys clothes, and we just so happened to walk in the store on a general visit. Boy I am sure happy we did. We caught one of their best sales store wide! However, when it came time to checkout, I honestly did not realize how much our tab had gone up, I know I could not help passing up a great. Anyway, the bill went higher than planned, and the lovely staff completing my checkout was so helpful. Of course, Mrs/Ms. Lana tried to help me out by telling me to apply for a credit card, of course I told her I was not going to get approved, but it was worth a shot, especially if it was going to take off 65%, I mean come on! So, no I did not get approved for the Kohl's card, but the lovely Mrs/Ms. Ozzie still honored the discount, which made this one of the best experience we've ever had at Kohl's! Thank you ladies and staff at this location for providing wonderful customer service, having a very clean and organized store, a clean bathroom, and just providing a great experience overall for us!!! read more

Shopping experience started off great my daughter was finding cute clothes she liked and they were having an amazing sale. She had found a shirt she really liked in the clearance section and when I scanned it it came up with that it was a part of a two piece set. Nothing was attached to it and we could not locate the bottoms that were supposed to go with it. But she really wanted it so I figured I would ask the checkout person if we could get a discount because it wasn't the complete set. So when we go to checkout the checkout associate, Wanda, was just rude from the beginning like we were inconveniencing her just by being present. When she rand it up I asked if since it didn't come with the bottoms if I could get a discount. She said no because it was already on sale and she couldn't do anything about it and if she did she would lose her job. I completely understand if there wasn't anything she could do but the way she was talking was extremely rude and argumentative. She also said that when they find the bottoms they would just defect them out. I just said I wouldn't take it because I didn't want to pay for something when I would only be getting half of it. I asked to speak to the manager but she didn't even let me say anything and when I brought up that she was being ruse she started arguing and the manager had to tell her to stop. I just ended up paying and leaving because I was so upset and didn't want to say anything because my mother in law was behind me and I didn't want Wanda to be rude to her. Wanda didn't even speak when she rang her up. It just completely ruined my experience. read more

Great place to just walk around and window shop. Kisoks we're not working, and an employee tried helping. Made the checkout take way longer than if I did it myself, but he was beyond willing to go 5he extra mile. Staff are always friendly and store is usually very clean. Just wish it was a bigger store with a larger home goods section. read more

My first visit to the Kohl's Savannah store was a bit disappointing. Several things that I felt were off-putting : #1 no mirrors around in the women's clothing sections. Only one found had a large clothes rack in front of it. No way to check the color or style before heading to the fitting room. #2 Parking lot had way too many spaces designated for "compact cars only". My Camry is a regular sedan & I follow the rules, so ended up parking far away from the front door. #3 Kohl's cash wasn't available for my $200 purchase. I obviously shopped on the wrong day as that periodic perk started the next day & the cashier failed to tell me that. Thought Kohl's cash was for every purchase. I won't be going back to Kohl's. There are many more store in which to shop that are much easier to navigate, have better sale prices & better parking . read more
