All I can say is: Lamont, Lamont, LAMONT! If you want the pinnacle of customer service and care, Lamont is your man. My husband and I came to this location to purchase a suit for his son's wedding, and Lamont guided us through every single aspect of the process. From selecting the right fit to handling alterations, he made sure we felt confident and taken care of. We left that day knowing Men's Wearhouse would be our go-to spot for any of my husband's future suiting needs. Full disclosure though--when we returned to pick up one of the suits (he purchased one for the wedding and another for date nights), Lamont wasn't there. Unfortunately, we experienced some of the worst customer service we've ever had. The young Black woman working that day made it clear she would've rather been anywhere else. She tried to engage in small talk toward the end of our visit, but the attitude she had carried up to that point had already left a bad taste. Fast forward to today--my husband and I had some errands to run and decided to stop by Men's Wearhouse first, just to get it out of the way. To our surprise and delight, there was Lamont! We were so genuinely happy to see him. As always, he was dapper and dressed to the nines, instantly elevating the energy of the entire store. Lamont has the confident ease of a store owner and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable while providing exceptional service. His professionalism and warmth today completely restored our faith in Men's Wearhouse. My husband and I have already agreed--we'll only return on days Lamont is working. If I could give a zero or lower, I would!! Drove from Florida to meet my son who drove from SC for a scheduled appointment. The male associate was clueless on how to retrieve the reservation and his customer service was beyond ridiculous! After another associate assisted him, he was still clueless. My son explained what he wanted for his wedding suit as he had already viewed on Men's Wearhouse's site! I asked for the manager since we were getting no where. The manager came out and stated the only suits they had the "rent" were on the counter!! Now we were there to buy a suit for my son and husband for the wedding! Not rent as they evidently assumed!!!! Never once was he asked anything passed the slap on the counter as to which suit he'd like from the laminated junky sheet of cookie cutter suits!!! This place is unprofessional and uneducated! We came in to get some pants and the idiot guy says "the pants aren't cheap here" Well apparently we look like we can't afford pants.. the store is filled with regular guys in tees and flip flops. We bought a pair of "not cheap" pants for 80$ and then he asked if we wanted a bag. No, I want to carry my expensive pants so I can impress people that I went to Men's Warehouse. Came in to purchase a suit for my wedding. It ended up being shipped to my address, and a few weeks later I went in to have it fitted. It was during prom time when I went to pick it up, so the place was very busy, and the tailors were unavailable to help me. Pete, the manager, who was clearly busy himself, took time from his manager duties to assist me with the fitting, and giving valuable advice on what accessories would be appropriate and match. Men's Wearhouse is a reliable and trusted name in getting suits or dress attire for any occasion. I recently went to get a suit for a friend's wedding. The tailor did a great job in making it easy. Unfortunately my friend canceled his wedding, so I didn't get to try on the suit. Men's Wearhouse provided me with a full refund because it was early enough from the wedding. I think they said two weeks. One of the things that's great about men's Wearhouse is that you can order a suit in one state and you can pick it up in another. They have a great clearance section and have a variety of fits and styles for shirts as well. read more

I had a really great experience at this men's wearhouse. When I walked in, the store had a neat and clean appearance. There were so many options for different suits and business attire. They also have different packages where you can customize your own suits. Jerome was the one to help us on this day. He was absolutely great. He was professional and knew what he was doing. Being a female needing a suit obviously proved to be a little challenging since I have body features that don't fit the male suit, but Jerome was patient and made sure we found every piece I needed to complete my suit the way I wanted it. When we didn't know if I should rent or buy due to finances, Jerome made sure that I got a good deal on an extra item so I didn't break the bank. I was also able to look online for a coupon that made the price even better. I had a totally great experience and can't wait to see how my suit turns out. Jerome is the man. read more

The customer service is exceptional. I was dropping off a suit for a wedding last weekend and didn't have the suit bag because we left it with a friend and Tony assured it was ok to return as-is without hesitation. He shared that there would be a late fee charge of $20/day for returning past the desired time frame which added up to $60 for us since we were out of town for another wedding and our schedules made this inevitable. As I was getting my card out he stopped me and said not to worry about the fee. This caught me by surprise because I felt that it was a little too generous of a gesture. He reassured that it's was fine with a "Happy Holidays" and asked only for a good review in return. I chose to use Mens Warehouse for my Tuxedo Rental for my wedding as as not all my groomsmen lived in the same area. I went into the Savannah location to pick the style and colors for the event. My first impression gave me a very uneasy feeling as the store was cluttered with boxes stacked everywhere and clothes just thrown over racks. Nonetheless I gave them my business, fast forward to 3 days before my wedding. I had to call them constantly to see if my suit had come in they told me they didn't know and it's best if I came in. Once I got the store they said they had it and handed me 3 suits (mine and 2 other groomsmen's) I checked the names on the tags and all 3 matched the ones I was picking up. Once I made it home I opened my bag to suit that wasn't the right colors. I immediately called the store and the associate told me to try on the wrong suit to see if it fit. I told him no I'm coming back to the store to get the right suit I paid for. Once I made it back to the store one of the associates once again asked if I could try on the wrong suit to see if the sizing was right. I'm a 32 I seem that suit was about a 44. At that point I was fed up and they had lost all my trust that they could deliver my suit in time for my wedding. I left and went elsewhere not an hour later the assistant manager calls me saying she found my suit in the back and I could come get it. This store was completely unorganized and I would walk barefoot across melted glass before I give them another cent. read more

Needed a tux for a wedding in Savannah. Pre ordered from my local store in MA. I got to Savanah the shirt was not a fit. Bobby made sure that I had the right fit the day of the wedding. Bobby was attentive to make sure I had the right fit even while working with other customers. Great helpful attitude. If Bobby is not the store manager he should be. Our experience with Men's Warehouse was outstanding! Maybe more so since our experience with Jos A. Banks was horrible. I don't usually write reviews, but this one had to be written so others know where to go and how fantastic Men's Warehouse in Savannah truly is. Tony was fantastic and I cannot say enough accolades to express my point! He listened to me (the mom) and my teenage son. His patience was exceeded only by his enthusiasm and drive to help us get the best tux. His attention to detail was remarkable and it was his first day. He treated us like we were family, asking all the necessary questions, trying different things, getting the tailor, measuring some himself- the whole experience was great and taking a teenager to a tux fitting is usually anything but enjoyable. Tony made it outstanding. The collaboration between the staff was impressive. Edmilda, the tailor, even stayed late to assist us and another worker, I believe, said she would drive her home as a result. She came out twice to assist with the tailoring and a third time to explain the charges. Her patience is impressive! Ethan we met on day one where I found a tux on sale and gladly held it for me for 3 days as my son wasn't with me. Ryan was super and had no qualms letting Tony try and get this on sale tux to work. Trying to save me money but stressing the look had to be perfect resulted in an amazing tux, fantastic experience and saved me money. Do not waste your time at the competitor- they didn't even acknowledge my son! Steer all your business to Men's Warehouse if you want the best service! As they don't work on commission, they are truly there to help each customer and take great pride in doing so, all while enjoying it. Unheard of today but good for you staff of Men's Warehouse. We went to purchase a suit for our son's wedding. We picked a suit off the rack. Hubby tried it on, it fit but needed pants hemmed. Found someone to help him, salesman marked the pants then went to help another customer who had 2 sons looking for suits. He came back to us one time to help with a tie selection and then left us for OVER AN HOUR while he helped the other customer with the 2 son's and then 2 other customers who walked in afterward. I realize it's prom season but they had other people assigned to help those customers. I realize the store was busy but all we wanted was to buy the dang suit! When I complained, I was told we would just have to wait. We left without the suit and purchased one elsewhere. Very poor customer service. read more

To start, 3 out of 6 of the men's suits for a wedding were adjusted wrong, so that's how we all started out the days leading up to my buddies wedding. Running back and forth to the store to get our pants and coats fixed. I would have given 3-4 stars if that was the end of the issues, however it was not. After returning my suit on the 27th, the day after the event, they informed me I had a late fee because my paperwork said the event was the 25th in the system. (Which was incorrect) I also noticed this error and let the associates know of this error when I picked up the suit for the first time, (when the pants were way to short and they had to fix them.) this error wasn't fixed, so the manager of the store came to me, told me it was my fault that the paperwork was not updated, and I owed the money. I began to inform her of everything I just wrote above, and was interrupted multiple times trying to imply I was either lying, as well as I should have gotten a manager to fix the issue (ya know because informing an associate apparently isn't enough.) This all lead me to dig through our wedding group chat to find the picture the groom sent us of the original booking with the event date on it (THE 26TH LIKE I HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS WHOLE TIME.) The tune of the manager then changed and she said it would all be scanned in and the error fixed, which she said was a system override of some sort. If this wasn't enough I get an email this morning saying I still have to return my suit, and now I call informing them that I received this email and they said I now owe a 40 dollar late fee. I tried to explain all of what I just stated above and the associate on the phone said she would have a manager deal with it and hung up. This experience has been terrible to say the least, and if you are having a wedding or an event DO NOT count on this store to make it stress free for your wedding/event party. read more

We came to look at suits for a wedding, and there was a deal where you get 5, you get the sixth one free that we were taking up on and were talking to an employee, another employee interrupts us to tell the other how weird another customer was and make fun of him. You don't speak poorly of customers, especially in front of customers. I get measured for the right fit, and they bring a shirt out that I could pull loose 4 inches from my chest, definitely not a fit, so I ask for 2 sizes smaller, the chest fit but the neck was too tight, to which the first employee says that I will have to get over and deal with, that it was the only style shirt they carry. Rude and unprofessional. I could get better quality and customer service at walmart! I hope the owner fires the staff, there are people more deserving and wanting of jobs. read more

Ordered suits at the Salem, NH location and we were not happy at all with how the pants fit on one of my sons. We went to the store in Savannah to get new pants that were ordered but they wouldn't be delivered on time. The delivery was held up. Bobby was helping us and he was very friendly and helpful. The seamstress ended up fixing his pants the best she could and the pants were damaged out after he wore them. Bobby was fabulous. He made us feel at ease and definitely calmed me down! read more

The last time I was at this location I had to run in and purchase some socks. I was a bit worn and dirty being as I work very hard for the money I spend. I guess they thought I was homeless or something because I was rushed to get in and out but no one would take my money. After waiting at the register for 20 mins finally a short black lady came to talk to me and had asked if I had been there long and if I actually planned to buy the socks. If you're a young, anorexic metrosexual with an ectomorphic physique (that is to say, if you look like a zipper when you stand sideways and stick out your tongue), this store may be for you. If, on the other hand, you're a red-blooded, all-American adult male, 6'3" or taller, 200-270 lbs. with moderate to pronounced biceps & pecs, don't waste your time. Looking for a "classic" fit shirt in a 17-18" neck & 36/37" sleeve length? Here you can find a dozen or more colors in these sizes, but you won't be able to button any--every one is a "slim" fit. (And don't bother checking at the Savannah Dillards, either: their selection is a small fraction of MW's, though the size issues are the same.) And don't expect to be allowed to try on your shirt: MW can't be bothered to repackage it. (Though they will allow you to try on a sample shirt of the "same" size--problematic when you know that a dimension in Country A does not equal that same dimension in Country K.) Which raises the question: who buys for these stores? Someone whose only conception of the American man comes from the pages of GQ, and/or is too lazy to purchase any other than 500 "slim fit" shirts, and calls that good? Well, on the positive side, if you're short & fat, or tall & skinny, the Savh MW may fulfill your every shirt wish. But if when you knock 'em down they stay down, don't start shopping for shirts here--start stalking their buyers! It didn't fit correctly, so we went into the Mens Wearhouse in Savannah day of our event and Bobby completely saved the day! He made sure that we got a Tux that fit perfectly and looked fantastic!
