The thing is, I was asking something so simple: to help my friend find a Kendra Scott necklace for his girlfriend. Not only was I given rude remarks over the phone but apparently it was too hard to listen to what I had to say. Luckily, he still did business with them. I'll never associate with that store again. Beware if you're calling over the phone, they might think you have no idea what you're talking about as the lady told my friend. The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because brown eyed girl has some awesome product and I'll never buy Kendra Scott's from them because it might be too difficult for the employees to deal with that day

My husband got a great Southern Marsh shirt--I love the color! The ladies are SO friendly and remember us from previous years!
