"As noted on our shipping page, expedited shipping refers to the estimated speed of delivery once the package is in transit, but it is not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes are estimated by the mail carrier. Once it has left our warehouse, it is fully in their hands. We are unable to issue refunds for expedited shipping at this time."

Making a very long story short- I dropped a bag off and asked for a certain font and color to be put on a book bag. The order form said exactly what I wanted. The store owner called and confirmed my order. She then lost the order form and did what she thought looks good. Unfortunately that's not what I asked her to do and she has tried several times to make me feel bad because she likes the font color and size that she put on the bag and said I'm being unreasonable and shouldn't make her feel bad. If she would have completed the order as asked there wouldn't even be a problem. She said she would order a new bag and redo the order. Weeks go by and I check in each week asking if she received the bag; she finally says she has it but she's not putting anything on it. So she messed up the bag I bought and now I'll have to order another bag to replace the one she messed up because now my son hates his bag.
